Terrible service sat at the bar for 15 minutes with my girlfriend bartender was the slowest person ever didn’t acknowledge us never brought menus. Honestly save your time Applebees at least acknowledged us.

I met with Michael and Anna at the West end location here in Billings to set up a 35 person event in their pub. Throughout the whole entire planning process, they were on the journey with me. I never once heard the word no or we can't! Every request was met and then some! The venue was so clean and prepped. Both Michael and Anna provided an itinerary for me along with pricing and made special accommodations for my group coming in. In all of my years of hosting events, I have never dined in an establishment or was served up such excellent customer service! Our server Dylan was absolutely outstanding. Our hospice volunteer appreciation event went perfect with no issues! The food was prompt and hot. Everything we ordered arrived and the presentation was beautiful! All of our hospice volunteers enjoyed themselves and all the extra accommodations were recognized. This location rocks and I would recommend them to anyone for an evening dining experience, a luncheon or even an event like ours! Michael is the general manager and he stayed until the end of the event to make sure everything ran smoothly after working his shift all day long. Five stars is not enough review power for this experience! Thank you to the entire staff For the outstanding service, we will be doing business with you again very soon!

My husband and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a server to wait on us we had to find a server and there was no apology for the wait. The food is good. But the service was bad. The server was even looking over our shoulder to see how much we were tipping him. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this McKenzie river. If you want McKenzie river go to the heights better service.

I marked it down a star because they didn't have the bison chili on the menu. Its the main thing I go there for, its out of this world delicious. It was on the spring menu. Shouldn't it be on their winter menu too. They have chicken chili but who ever puts chicken in their chili. Help me bring it back year round.
