Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a blueberry scone, which they gave to me as a doughy blob. I tried to get a refund for it as the scone was not cooked and all they told me they were able to do was reheat it. I will never be back to a Mazevo coffee. On top of that, the staff acted like it was my fault for not wanting to eat something basically raw. The service was rude, the food was inedible, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

First the pros: the coffee is really good. If you arenât in a hurry and have a lot of patience, definitely give this place a try.
Now for the cons: service is S - L - O - W!! The first time we went inside to order and as other reviewers have mentioned, we stood there and waited while multiple cars came and went from the drive-thru window. The second time we decided to see if we would have better luck at the drive-thru. NOPE! Again, we had a very long wait and when we finally got to the window they had screwed up 2 of the 3 coffee drinks we had ordered so we (and everyone behind us) had to wait even longer while they remade them. I would love to support this place instead of the big S, but I wonât be going back for a third try.

The coffee shop atmosphere was pretty good. Plenty of space. People play cards. Good space. The coffee was pretty rough tasted like pond water. I think the beans are a decent bean. The coffee was rough. Change the water. Just smelled it and didnât even want to take the chance to drink it. Might need a bunch of sugar to drink it but still might be hard.
Mazevo Coffee has the best coffee and snacks. Love their cookies. I've used their coffee for years here at home. If I go for a coffee drink Mazevo is my favorite place to go.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. We walked in and not a single employee bothered to greet usâwe had to say hello first. After five minutes of standing there like idiots, the one on coffee finally mumbled that sheâd âbe with us soon.â Meanwhile, the girl at the drive-thru window wasnât doing a damn thing except tearing paper. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing.
To make it worse, half the menu boards were down. Theyâre literally just TVs, and instead of fixing them, they slapped a few drinks on pieces of paper. It looked like a middle school bake sale, not a functioning coffee shop.
Another guy came in, saw us still waiting, asked if weâd been helped, and when we said no, he immediately turned around and left. Smart manâwe should have followed him sooner. In the ten minutes we wasted inside, they pumped out drive-thru orders left and right while ignoring the customers actually in the building.
Iâve been here multiple times. Not once has it been a smooth, decent experience. Every single visit is frustrating. Thereâs a reason Starbucks reigns king: consistency, customer service, and quality. This place doesnât even come close.
This company is a complete mess. Instead of opening more locations, maybe they should figure out how to run the ones they already have. Customer service is nonexistent, management clearly doesnât care, and the staff acts like doing their job is a burden. We took our money elsewhere and wonât be back.
