They are very inconsistent when it comes to your order. I love the flavor of their stuff most days but the temp of their drinks is either lukewarm or so hot is scorches your mouth. The first time it happened I wasn’t expecting it to be so hot because their stuff had been lukewarm, needless to say it fried my mouth and throat and then again today knowing it could be overly hot I sipped it and again burned the skin on the roof of my mouth. I don’t know if it’s poorly trained employees or a lack of caring, this has happened at the Laurel location and the King Ave location.

My husband and I make this our Sunday morning stop before church. Last Sunday, we went through the drive through at Mazevo’s Grand location. We ordered, but then belatedly realized we had left our wallets at home. The barista’s were very kind and said not to worry about it. We were so embarrassed. We came back later that morning and paid for our coffees and left a generous tip for those ladies who extended us grace and were so kind.

Ordered a lg drink, and it took 15 min to make (I was first in line) and when I got to the window, they hadn’t even made it and after the wait I got the wrong drink. It was gross and I threw it away. Never want to go back to this location. Waste of 8 dollars.
I only put 3 stars for atmosphere, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the interior, I believe this place is more of a drive through location by design and that's typically how I use it. Fantastic staff experiences thus far and great shots (as usual)
