I got a sausage bagel sandwich the other day and the top part was hard as a rock couldn’t enjoy it at all. not sure if they just microwave the whole thing as one including the bagel I’m not sure but I won’t be going back. I also asked for an Americano with cinnamon to be pressed in the espresso drip part, if that was possible, and the girl cut me off and said yes, we have cinnamon, but then I got my drink and cinnamon powder was in the drink (about 1/2 inch at the bottom.. A little excessive) when I wanted it to be poured with the espresso if that makes sense. I understand some espresso machines are automatic so that’s not possible but that’s why I was asking if they could do that.

We ordered our coffee on their website thinking it would be quicker. We went through the drive through then was told to come inside because their system was down. We stood inside only to be ignored for 30 minutes. Every time we tried to talk to one of the workers she would give a blank stare and continue to ignore us. Another person came into the store to get a coffee. He was taken care of and his drink was made immediately. He was there for less than 5 minutes. 10 other customers came inside to order coffee and they all walked about because they were ignored as well. The people who went through the drive through were first priority during our time waiting inside at least 20 cars were in and out. We waited 40 minutes for TWO coffees and a beagle. The manager mentioned someone called out and their higher up wouldn’t let her close the lobby. These girls were completely overwhelmed and I understand why it took so long. It was the lack of customer service that was disappointing. I hope their higher ups know they lost a lot of revenue today because they decided to over work these girls by keeping the lobby open while they are short staffed on their busiest day.

The kind girls at the shop by the city college asked me how my day was and I stated it could've been better and they made their drink with love & gave the drink on them. I just wanted to post my appreciation and that they made me feel acknowledged and seen. Thank you ladies.?

The online and in-store menus do not have drink descriptions or ingredients listed and it’s obnoxious. The website also forces you to go into online ordering mode to view the menu at all, and then to actually order online you need to create an account with your email. I’m tired. This is why I’m at a coffee shop. Just list what’s in your drinks and have your complete menu displayed in a visually pleasing way.

Mazevo Coffee is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in town. Their slogan, "Love one another," is felt throughout the space in a warm, inviting way. The interior has a rustic/industrial vibe that’s both cozy and modern. You can sense the Christian undertone here, but it’s done tastefully, never feeling forced.
One of the first things you’ll notice when you walk in is the collection of photos of the employees near the entrance. This personal touch really makes the environment feel welcoming and adds a sense of community. Whether you’re looking to grab a quick coffee through their convenient drive-thru, or you need a spot to study or meet with friends, Mazevo Coffee has you covered. They even have a conference room you can rent by the hour, which is perfect for small meetings or study groups.
I've been here about six times now, and every visit has been pleasant. The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had to wait too long for my order. I’ve tried a few items from their pastry case, including the Caprese Chicken Pesto Wrap and the Grilled Cheese on Sourdough—both were delicious and worth every penny.
During my last visit, they were out of a couple of ingredients needed to make my usual drink, which was a bit inconvenient, but with so many other options available, it wasn’t hard to find something else to enjoy.
Overall, Mazevo Coffee is a fantastic place to relax, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I highly recommend giving it a try!
