I got a sausage bagel sandwich the other day and the top part was hard as a rock couldn’t enjoy it at all. not sure if they just microwave the whole thing as one including the bagel I’m not sure but I won’t be going back. I also asked for an Americano with cinnamon to be pressed in the espresso drip part, if that was possible, and the girl cut me off and said yes, we have cinnamon, but then I got my drink and cinnamon powder was in the drink (about 1/2 inch at the bottom.....
Had a hard day today and decided to go grab a comfort drink. The kind girls at the shop by the city college asked me how my day was and I stated it could've been better and they made their drink with love & gave the drink on them. I just wanted to post my appreciation and that they made me feel acknowledged and seen. Thank you ladies.?
One time I went through the drive thru and the worker said, “it’s on the house!” And I was so surprised. Great customer service, coffee, and food. The only thing that I notice is that I’d like the coffee hotter when I first get it.
