Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever had more rudeness than the young lady at the pay window!! She was rude on the speaker taking my order, and then practically threw my change at me, when I paid at the window. Some coins fell on the ground, explaining to me with attitude, “it’s only ten cents that dropped on the ground” . The service was slow, so I was told to pull around the corner and they would bring my meal. It was cold, and the fries as well. They have really slipped! Poor food quality, rude service, and an a hostile atmosphere!!

I went into the lobby because the line in the Drive-Thru was extremely long and I was the very first one in line in the lobby and I waited there for 15 to 20 minutes as the old lady and the blonde kid just kept staring at me over and over and over getting the drive-thru orders ready nobody wants said hi or greeted me or told me how long the wait was going to be they just continue to ignore me and peek over every once in a while to see if I was still there. Unacceptable. Wasted my entire work lunch and I didn't even get any food. Complete bullshit!

This will absolutely be the last time we go there. Boyfriend asked for extra onions there was none on his burger I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese there was a half slice of cheese on there. Everytime we go there which isn't very often due to this reason they mess up something from our order. Makes sense as to why there's never anyone there. Boyfriend says they should speed up the process of replacing everyone with robots or put another coffee shop there 🤣
Never gave me my dr pepper and the girl giving food was rude and the manger would not do nothing about it will never come back i go there 3 or 4 times a week

I used to love this location. Now not so much. Have had to call corporate and make a formal complaint. Half the time you only get a partial order and the managers will argue about how it isn't their fault. (You're a manager, grow up and act like one) 2 times within 3 months I have made a mobile order and had it cancelled and points and credits where never received or refunded. My wife has also had issues with this location.

Around 10pm on 3/4/2025 we had the rudest guy take my elderly dad’s order in drive thru and was to horrible to him. He became extremely frustrated with him as he is hard hearing. My dad became very hurt and started to cry. When asked for his name the lady at drive thru said no. Which is against policy. Cussed at us and slammed the window.
