Around 10pm on 3/4/2025 we had the rudest guy take my elderly dad’s order in drive thru and was to horrible to him. He became extremely frustrated with him as he is hard hearing. My dad became very hurt and started to cry. When asked for his name the lady at drive thru said no. Which is against policy. Cussed at us and slammed the window.

Awful customer service from male manager and crew workers tonight. Go through the drive through for a sundae, 1 med. well done fry, and a shake. Get to the 2nd window , pay, and then the window presenter tells us the sundae topping is unavailable asking if we want a McFlurry, plain sundae, or a refund. We chose an Oreo McFlurry. Then he says well you’re gonna have to refund you and then you’re going to have to pay for the McFlurry-okay no problem! He tells me there’s too long of a line (2cars behind) to refund me at the window so I need to come inside.-okay. Waited inside for a while until the manager comes to the front after helping someone who walked in after me. -whatever. He then is having trouble refunding me, printing a bunch of receipts until he actually put my card in and got me a refund for the sundae. We ordered 2 frys and one well done I ask which one is well done. He said “They’re both well done I just did them.” Then he just walks away. -it’s not a huge deal and I went back to the car it’s just an ice cream. On my drive home I then realize they forgot my shake, and the fries are somewhat warm but soggy. Well done fries are are fries that have been through the frying time twice so not sure how he became a manager cause she would know temperatures for that. Go back through the drive through they give me the shake that’s been sitting there the whip cream is milk and park me for my well done fries (normal so I don’t mind) after 15 minutes with one one other car in the drive through the manager comes out, “2 well done fries” and walks away. No apology or thank you for waiting. Do better.

This afternoon, we went through the drive-through. When handed our order, we asked “is the sauce in the bags,” and the lady working the drive through answered, “yes it is!” We headed home (and 20 minutes away). Upon arriving home, we realized we were missing two sandwiches and the sauce we’d ordered. I reluctantly headed back to the store to pick up the rest of our order. On my way, I called and spoke to the manager, Matt. He told me on the phone he would refund my two sandwiches and have them ready when I arrived. I said it didn’t seem enough to compensate a 40 minute trip to get the rest of our meal and he said, “well, thats all I can do.” I told him if that was the case, I’d likely leave a review on this store. His response was “it’s a free country so you can do whatever you want!” So, here I am! Once I arrived at the store, I presented my receipt. Matt, the manager-in-training, responded that he was only refunding the sandwiches. I told him we still needed the sandwiches that we had ordered. He very hesitantly asked the staff to make the sandwiches. I again tried to explain that I was missing lunch with my family and driving an extra 40 minutes to correct a mistake they had made. He was unreceptive and rude and and walked away to the back of the store. One of the employees, Audrey, started shaking her head, like I had done something wrong, and yelled, “make this lady’s sandwiches for the SECOND time please!” Another employee came over to hand me my missing food and explained she was the employee checking drive through orders and she checked my order and knew the sandwiches were in the bag. I asked if she was implying that I was lying and drove 40 minutes for two extra sandwiches. She continued to argue me saying she knows they were in the bag and they didn’t have any extra sandwiches when I left. As I was leaving, she turned to Audrey and said “she’s going to complain about you shaking your head” and Audrey yelled, “I don’t care!” The entire handling of this was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. A simple, “we’re really sorry about the inconvenience, here are your missing food items and a couple of coupons toward a future order,” would have resolved this easily. We have frequented this location for years. Busy family with lots of kids in multiple activities, this location has been our go-to for quick meals in between. We will find somewhere else to take our business.

thanks for making me wait for nuggets i ordered and paid for then end not putting them in the bag. and you guys even put at all sauce in the bag but no nuggs bro not nice at all 1 star for life.

Ice Cream machine is down 90% of the time, and typically takes a long time to receive food. Very frustrating since this is the McDonald’s closest to wear I live. Will be going to others in the future.

This restaurant sucks. It’s so terrible that there was pee on the bathroom floor. Like please janitors do your job. The food was terrible expect the fries. I got chicken nuggets and there was a bone in it. My drink had a big black hair in it. The worker there that i’m pretty sure her name was karen she was definitely a KAREN. I hate your service NEVER coming here again. Peace out!
