Food was all cold, fries were gross, they forgot all our sauces, they didn't put the lids on our drinks all the way so they spilled all over the car. I had to go in to get the sauces and it was disgusting inside! Won't be returning to this location, ever!

Co-worker, there's our nice, but we had my service dog with me. And we got told by an old man that we weren't allowed in there with a dog not going there again.

The customer service here is non existent. Even the manager was rude for no reason. How is it my fault that your equipment doesn’t work and you can’t take my code for a free happy meal?
I’d give 0’if I could .Even when this place is slow, they’re slow and the place is dirty. Beware of this filth and the ignorant staff . You’re thank me if you read the reviews and stay clear. Avoid the headache and drama they’ll bring to your day over cold fries, long wait times, missing food etc.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. Order a chicken wrap with cheese and two pieces of bacon, waited 15 mins for the food and wasn’t even fresh as you would expect with that wait time. Please see photo for said wrap. Food wasn’t even wrapped up right. Stale and cold. Avoid!

New management and the service has changed. I hope im never disrespected again because I won’t tolerate it again . I’m turning on my camera and I’m going OFF! Nobody should be yelled at , made to wait 15 minutes for promo codes etc .
I appreciate the efforts taken to correct the matte and I’m HONEST/ KIND enough to reflect the POSITIVE changes so I’m in HIGH HOOPPPPPES THE EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE (EVERYONE) 🙃
The service here is terrible. You have to wait so long to get things and then you have to deal with an attitude when they don’t perform properly. They always get my caramel macchiato wrong… I always drive to Central Avenue to go get my coffee remade by their manager, Kayla. It’s really sad that I have to drive 6 miles across town to get a coffee made properly. On top of the old woman who is at the front counter it’s so disrespectful. They moved her from the front counter because of her attitude and she is now in the drive-through and she sits on a chair and takes orders and still gives people grief. I walked in today and used my app, it glitched on me twice and I waited 15 minutes in between ordering my items. On top of waiting 15 minutes for my coffee to be remade so the app could work and I can earn points, they made my coffee wrong. They didn’t put cream in my coffee and I get it made the same way every single day…. I don’t know if this woman is racist or what her personal issue is with me, but I have only lived in Billings Montana for a year and I am tired of dealing with her attitude when I want to eat fast food. I typically don’t pull the race card, but when I’ve done nothing wrong, and I keep being met with an attitude and being disrespected for no reason? I remember the color of my skin and where I’m located . The GM HERE , the other staff members? GREAT .

Wish I could leave zero stars. Rude staff that didn’t acknowledge their customers when they wanted to order. Not just for me, but for others that were lining up behind the register. Myself and multiple other customers waiting 25+ minutes for their orders. Myself and others had questions-no response and not even an acknowledgment that our questions would be answered. And when I finally got the attention of someone, their response was short and forced. Food was delivered cold and just tossed onto the counter. I understand you may be busy, but it was very obvious you had disgruntled customers in your dining area.

Placed an online order, arrived at curbside pick up 5 mins later. Sat there for 20 minutes before walking inside to get my food. Garbage service.
