I would put 0 but can't... just went thro their drive-thru and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, NO ONIONS... got home and bit into a damn onion... don't know if I'll be back to that location or not

Bad customer service. I arrive to McDonald’s and the lady told me to hold on. I wait for ten minutes while in the other drive-through next to me they’ve been taking orders from four different cars and they just leave me over there waiting. While cars was passing me when I already for them.

They are as bad as Wendy's across the street. I ordered a #2 combo w/a vanilla latte and a #7 with a caramel machine. I paid and drove to the next window where I was handed the #2 and told to park and wait for the drinks. When I asked about my other order when the drinks came out was told there was no other order. Horrible service. Hey Mickey D, take the money and run. Never going back there.

This location is terrible. Manager is absolutely rude and they constantly have you pull forward and constantly forget you. It’s disgusting how much these people get paid only to serve you bad food and provide bad service

So there's a kid I had the misfortune of watching here. I bought a coffee and it took about 5 minutes or so to get it because the kid that was supposed to be making it was freaking out and all stressed out so that made me stressed just watching him go back and forth and try to make my coffee two times. He totally needs a different job because this one is too fast paced for him. Then the next day I had The Misfortune of having him be my cashier and he was being rude to people at the drive-thru telling them that they need to have patience because he's the cashier also. He's too much to handle at 5:30 in the morning

Listen I know it's ridiculous to pay $25 for 2 value meals but then have me pull up to a parking spot to wait when there was no 1 behind me 🙄 I remember why I should just cook or go to a real restaurant

out of the three times I’ve been to this establishment, each time i’m left quite disappointed. my first experience at this McDonald’s I was picking up my partner from their shift at the hospital, looking for a quick meal. when we got in there, we noticed a commotion out in the parking lot. We looked outside to see a fight going on. Obviously this is not McDonald’s fault however, the way they dealt with it was severely unprofessional. The manager was out there with another employee, recording the fight and screaming at them while also grabbing at them. As a manager of a popular chain, you should know to not get Physically involved. The second time I’ve went to this establishment, I only had cash on me, which should not be a Huge deal. I ordered at the kiosk and received my receipt to pay up at the front. Whilst waiting i was told by an employee, “You can pay at the kiosk.” So, i kindly explained that i just needed to pay for my order. After around 10 minutes of waiting an employee grumbled as they came up to me to pay for my order, glaring the whole time. The most recent and may final time I visited, we had placed our orders on the kiosk, learning our lesson from the previous time. even after our orders were paid for and placed. We still waited a good 20 minutes for our order. we were waiting we could hear employees fighting in the back, giving snarky comments, etc. The woman at the register would yell to her coworkers at the back of the house from the register. it was quite loud and unprofessional to be honest. One of the DoorDashers there waited around five minutes just to get confirmation from the employees that there was barbecue sauce in the bag. the other DoorDasher that we did speak to, had been waiting for confirmation from one of the staff for her drink out a DoorDash order. after getting frustrated waiting, she ended up grabbing her own drink and maybe a minute or so later there it was on the counter. summary, the staff and management at this establishment are completely unprofessional and out of line, the weights are ridiculous for a non-crowded restaurant, and the food coming out cold is not appetizing.
