The two young people that I spoke to at the drive through window were very friendly and had great attitudes so much so I let the manager know what a great job they were doing.
Food of course was it's usual tasty good ....... But then again I've always liked McDonalds.

Place is horrible got charged 13 for a 6 dollar meal brought it to there attention and they were like well do you want the food and never got a refund

This McDonald’s was absolutely awful. I waited in spot number two for 35 minutes before I had to take my children out of the car and go inside and which they went and tried to serve my food to spot number one. The food was cold. There was zero people at the counter working. Everyone was forced to use the kiosk inside and my kiddos received zero toys in their happy meals. it was awful and the place was a mess. I will never eat at this McDonald’s again.

Updating my review for store number 1249 here (mentioning that because the feedback form needs that number and it's hard to find). Curbside spots are now very clearly marked. But curbside delivery took nearly a half hour, providing drinks with melted ice, cold fries, and unhappy children. With jacked up prices, I wonder if McDonald's is even trying anymore. Staffer who finally handed over our food was very pleasant though.

I never thought I’d see the Taco Bell down the street improve before this McDonald’s, but that’s exactly what’s happened. This location has consistently been one of the worst for DoorDash pickups. Wait times are almost always 10 to 30 minutes, sometimes longer, regardless of the time of day.

There’s occasionally a manager who seems to care and helps things move a little smoother, but even that’s inconsistent. Most of the time, staff show zero urgency. Dashers are left standing around while the orders aren’t even started, let alone bagged and ready.

Here’s the part that makes it worse: McDonald’s can adjust their prep time in the system if they’re regularly running late, but they don’t. That means we continue to waste our time, go unpaid for that wait, and risk late deliveries which hurt our on-time ratings. For Dashers, it directly cuts into how much we can earn.

And believe it or not, other stores actually have orders ready when we walk in, making it easy to grab and go. That’s especially helpful when we have multiple pickups on the same trip. But when one of those pickups is from this McDonald’s, it throws everything off. We end up stuck here while the other customer’s food just sits in the car, getting cold. So DoorDash customers, if your food ever shows up cold, this kind of store setup is likely one of the reasons why.

At this point, I honestly don’t even want to get out of my car when I arrive here. I usually wait 10–15 minutes just to unassign the order without it hurting my metrics. I might peek in to check the shelf, but I’ve learned not to expect anything to be ready.

And it’s not just this location. The McDonald’s in the Heights is the same story. I haven’t tried the West End one yet, but based on the trend, I’m not expecting much. There seems to be a serious issue with general management across the board.

Side note for customers and management: All Dashers feel these stresses, even if not everyone puts it into words

I would put 0 but can't... just went thro their drive-thru and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, NO ONIONS... got home and bit into a damn onion... don't know if I'll be back to that location or not

Bad customer service. I arrive to McDonald’s and the lady told me to hold on. I wait for ten minutes while in the other drive-through next to me they’ve been taking orders from four different cars and they just leave me over there waiting. While cars was passing me when I already for them.

They are as bad as Wendy's across the street. I ordered a #2 combo w/a vanilla latte and a #7 with a caramel machine. I paid and drove to the next window where I was handed the #2 and told to park and wait for the drinks. When I asked about my other order when the drinks came out was told there was no other order. Horrible service. Hey Mickey D, take the money and run. Never going back there.

This location is terrible. Manager is absolutely rude and they constantly have you pull forward and constantly forget you. It’s disgusting how much these people get paid only to serve you bad food and provide bad service

So there's a kid I had the misfortune of watching here. I bought a coffee and it took about 5 minutes or so to get it because the kid that was supposed to be making it was freaking out and all stressed out so that made me stressed just watching him go back and forth and try to make my coffee two times. He totally needs a different job because this one is too fast paced for him. Then the next day I had The Misfortune of having him be my cashier and he was being rude to people at the drive-thru telling them that they need to have patience because he's the cashier also. He's too much to handle at 5:30 in the morning
