Quick service as usual friendly people, only deducted a star because they forgot a burger after I asked the guy if it was in there which he replied with a yes. Luckily I was able to notice and just ran inside and to my had it ready and waiting for me. It was an innocent mistake of miscommunication.

Place is always a circus, no one knows what they're doing. Orders are always messed up, wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Even goin in during non rush hours you'll still wait 20-30 mins for a simple order of a couple burgers.
They can't seem to get any order correct. Spent almost 45mins in line last night, to have them give my food to the ppl ahead of me, gave me half of someone elses order, the only item they got right out of an order of 2 6pc nugget kids meals with choc milk and 4 mcdoubles no pickle was 1 happy meal. They gave my burgers to the ppl in front of me, then remade them while I waited in line just to give me some other burgers that wasn't even close.
When called they said "oh come back we'll remake it. Weve got a couple new ppl." You had that chance, twice.. an messed it up both times. And expected me to drive back across town an waste another hour+ of my night to ruin another meal. No thanks, was supposed to refund it. Never did, so here we are.
Go to the one off central or the one of main in the heights.. this one is worse then the one in the truckstop in Lockwood. Least the truck stop gets the food right consistently, even if it takes 45mins to get "fast food".
Side note, plow the drive through! Watched 3x different cars get stuck an customers was pushing them out. Just so they could get through to get their food.

I have never had worse service in my life. 3 times in the past 2 weeks I have gotten completely wrong orders, and have had to wait 10-15 mins for my food to come out.. I ordered probably close to $50 worth of food and I got 3 large fries and 2 mcchickens. Called to see what they could do and the manager said "I can give you a free dessert" Seriously?!?!? I'm missing $30+ of food and you offer a free dessert?!? And to top it off i went there 2 more times after that whole scenario assuming it was just a one time thing and I got someone else's order both times. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be back. Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional and the manager whoever she is deserves to be fired for the way she treated me when I went back to correct THEIR mistake. 0-10. Don't ever go here.

Hopefully you don’t try to order anything special, like no Mac sauce, because the employees don’t seem to understand English. They will get stuck in their normal routine and just push out a sandwich any way they want. It seems like they see “Big Mac” and don’t bother to see if there are any exceptions on the order. This happens all the damn time at this location. And the manager doesn’t want to hear about the problem, they just want to give you a coupon for your next order. Like that fixes anything.

Horrible customer service, tried to tell me that 3.89 for an orange juice is less than 1.99 for an iced coffee, THEN the MANAGER proceeded to tell me she has been there 12 years and that I didn’t understand how there system works. Yes, yes I do, I can read a screen, and i am 100% capable of doing math. I will not be going back. As this is not the only time I’ve had issues here. I also waited 56 minutes for 2 apple pies and a smoothie once also, as the employees and managers were taking pictures and throwing fries at each other! ANY other McDonalds in Billings is better than this one!

They always try to add money for everything. I had the #5 combo and they added .20 for the coffee. The time before that they added $1.90 for an orange juice. Their hamburger is like cardboard.

Stopped by at 6:15 am on 12/2/2024. You guys should hire people that can show up to work on time. Place wasn't open. Worker just pulling in.
Never fails weather you order on the app or in line or drive through it seems you have to always "wait for fresh food" but in reality it's a timing thing. Fresh are typically tepid at best. But it's McDonald's, I don't expect much. All of the McDonald's in Billings are way worse in the evening than lunch. The one in the heights by Wicks is terrible for dinner!

Ordered 30 chicken nuggets and got no sauce, went back in and waited 10 minutes to be given 2 sauce cups. Don't be so damn chinzy with your sauce .

I paid $14.17 for a meal and I wasn’t impressed I ordered a large frappe which was supposed to be large but I think they take a medium cup or what was a medium cup and call it a large. The fish sandwich wasn’t any better that was small too. All these fast food restaurants are going down hill, the bad part is that the products and food get smaller and smaller and prices keep going up and up. These CEO’s m my for these large corporations keep getting greedier and greedier.
No ice cream and screens are broken/ blacked out.
