Love this McDonald’s, they do the best they possibly can the customers are the ones who are very impatient and rude. Even when getting yelled at countless times by customers the employees keep there head high they are very kind I appreciate this spot very much!

Always waiting about 5-10 min for my door dash order

Waited 5 minutes in drive thru when there was absolutely no one in front of me. Someone pulled into the second drive thru and almost instantly got helped. Went inside to get service. All the people behind the counter were oblivious to their surroundings. Almost like they could care less, like they were just there to collect a paycheck.

It's a consistent experience, but only a few shine above the others. It's when you're burger, fries, and drink not only look like the advertisement, but they also seem to taste perfect as well. Well done!

This location is the champion of putting people on hold when they go to the drive thru. Countless times have I gone here and used the app to pick up my order, gotten to the terminal and been told to wait on hold.
Today, 4 cars passed me in the 1st lane while I was still on hold. When I finally got to the front to pick up my food, I got parked to wait again for just 2 sandwiches.

The drive thru is a nightmare service is terrible and always makes you pull ahead tried to go today and the lady at the drive thru acted like we were speaking a different language

What is with this location ALWAYS pulling cars around to wait for their drive thru orders on the other side of the building??!! I literally ordered 2 things.. a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown!! If you can't have the smallest order possible ready within the 3 minutes it took me to get from the order screen to the second window McDonald's, you are failing!

I showed up at 10:10. Order some breakfast sandwiches. They had me pull around which was fine. I then watched them give my Order to the person in front of me. Then I proceeded to wait for them to remake the Order because that's their policy. I sat here for 30 minutes and then they come out and tell me oh sorry it's past breakfast time we cant make your food anymore when numerous people came and got their breakfast and went around me. Was offered lunch instead when I came for breakfast.

This location has had a total brake down of professional level of service this past month… Terribly slow service, yelling and cussing from the kitchen and people walking back into the store because of missing food. I will be avoiding receiving orders to deliver and certainly not coming to eat here personally. - It’s the first time I’ve actually hoped AI automation comes to fast food so the job can actually get done effectively.
