I'm not understanding with all the good reviews you screwed my daughter over. They put the order in months in advance and you agreed to what they wanted but you didn't deliver. I will totally not send any business your way.

Negative stars -1000 !!! Me and my wife were just married . Months ago we went in to miss ggs to see if they could make our wedding cake as i heard good things about them, however we asked for the taller three level cake and only change asked for was that instead of the buildings in The back if they could do mountains and pink instead of blue ,but we want the same as what's in the picture. I was stressing and was assured they could do it several times. We paid for the cake to be delivered as well we paid $350 for the cake and another 30 for delivery. We had to pay the full amount without even seeing the cake and the lady that answered was dissrespectfull and had an additude but I figured mabey she was just having a bad day. We finally saw the cake at our wedding and i was beyond disappointed! This cake is nothing like what was asked for and there was more then enough time to get it right or reach out to see if we were ok with the smaller cake and how it looks. Miss ggs had from all the way back in March till Oct 13th to reach out or anything and did not. I'm beyond mad about this cake and we tried to get ahold of them and the message was seen three days ago with no reply. They are the worst thing that could have happened to our wedding. I cant believe they won't even try to make it right . ITS A WEDDING CAKE!!!! How and why would you mess that up!

I sent a photo in and asked for the same thing but one different color for the flowers and instead of buildings and lights we wanted the mountains. The mountains were pretty and the taste was on point but the cake itself isn't what we ordered we ordered a tall 3 tier cake with 3 silhouettes and pink and purple flowers with mountains and we got a small 3 tier round short cake and 1 silhouette very disappointed for the 350 plus 30 delivery. On top of that we paid a 200 deposit then 2 days before the wedding she wants us to pay the rest but we didn't get to see what we paid for before hand which is weird . Just sad I seen she made a beautiful cake a week before my wedding with tall tiers so where the F was my (tall) tiers and what I asked for! I've been talking to miss Gigi for 10 months since the wedding depot in January!

They did such an amazing job, and it was everything I asked for and then some. They were prompt and swift during the setup, and they were also amazing communicators from the time we had our tasting to the actual day. I would highly recommend these ladies for your sweet treat needs.

Just left a so Miss GiGi's to a temp to get donuts because I ve heard good things about them. They open @ 11am and say they stay open until 2pm. They were already sold out. And the window open sign was still on open. They're a donuts shop but don't keep donuts made for the time frame they calm to be open for. If I was able to put no Stars for miss gigi's I would.
Stopped in today and got a glazed donut when I found myself on their corner. Been wishing we had true homemade type plain glazed donuts here. Bingo! This was the best glazed donut I've found in Billings. I would've bought more than one if I'd known. Next week when I go back to that part of town, hopefully they'll have glazed that day, too!

You guys shorted me 20 dollars not sure if it was intentional or not but I went in for 3 donuts and a soda and it was 7 dollars I gave them a 50 and only got 13 dollars change back and didn't realize it till a few hrs laterUpdate I just went in a they have me my 20 dollars back there till was over 20 dollars
