My only complaint and it's not really a complaint is that I run out of bread because there's so much of everything on the sandwich! I don't eat sandwiches at other sandwich shops and always look forward to going to Off Main when I'm downtown. Anytime I've had a problem they've been quick to fix it. Yesterday the app to order from didn't show the classics (chicken salad, egg salad, etc) so I was afraid they had stopped selling those but when I went in to pick up my order, those sandwiches were still on the sign, thank goodness!! It made me step out of my comfort zone and order something different so I got the ham and the club and they are delicious! Just a glitch in the app. Has been my my go-to for sandwiches for many years, and for pumpkin bars and crinkle cookies!

Great sandwich shop. Everyone from the kitchen staff to front of house are easy to smile and make their customers comfortable. They are such good hosts they put other fast casual dinning establishments to shame. Don’t forget to give some attention to your sweet tooth while there. Homemade cookies , bars, and rolls look like they were made with the love of a mom.

Great local sandwich shop, the have fresh made sandwhiches salads and breakfast sandwiches. Staff is friendly and have a very welcoming atmosphere and great cookies. I highly recommend visiting this place for either lunch or breakfast. Very convenient to the hospitals or downtown area.Its locally owned and very reasonably priced

My husband and I have eaten over a dozen meals at this deli and every time we have been pleased with the quality of food and service. The sandwiches are all delicious, customizable, and have hearty servings of meat. The bread is amazing as well. There is sandwich bread and then there is Sandwich Bread, their’s is the later and really makes the sandwich! Also, the cookies really are delicious and the perfect combo of a crisp crust and soft in the middle.

Food was great but honestly not worth going back staff was rude and had chairs and tables and told us they were getting ready to close an hour before close, used to be one of our favorites
Nice quiet place! Old school, love the vibe. Staff is very friendly and assist you in ordering. Reuben!! Oh the Reuben is the sandwich to have.5 stars all around. Amazing. Thanks for a great lunch! And a HUGE rice crispy treat!
