The last few times I’ve been in with my family or my partner I felt like I could’ve gone to Applebees and got a better quality food product. The beef patties they use are just not flavorful or juicy, you taste them through everything no matter what burger you get. Also the order to receiving food times are not terrible but not great either. 25 mins for 1 burger and a mac and cheese on a Sunday night probably 1/3-1/2 capacity. I feel like that’s pretty consistent there and could be worked on. Old Chicago isn’t bad but it’s not great, I’m sure if you’re there to drink beer with your buddies and eat appetizers and chill it’s fine. However if you’re in it just for a meal I think you can do better elsewhere. I went 3 separate times before concluding this.

I order the classic pizza and buffalo roasted cauliflower to be delivered. Both items were cold and the cauliflower was not roasted, was missing everything and was undercooked. Very disappointed!!

First timer at Old Chicago anywhere and it wasn’t the greatest. Went in the afternoon for lunch about 2:35. Takes a few minutes for the server to recognize us and take drink orders and brings them back a few moments later. She leaves the table and then doesn’t come back for over 15 minutes to take our orders. We all had our order ready from the lunch menu almost immediately. Because she didn’t return until 3:02 we weren’t allowed to order from the lunch menu. She said “aww you just missed the lunch menu by 2 minutes.” Should’ve honored it. That was just the beginning. The place was fairly empty, we didn’t get our food until about 30 minutes later, and the appetizers came out at the same time. What was supposed to be a quick lunch outing from work, for most of us, turned out to be almost an hour and a half. Food was barely par, pizza was dry (crust was great,) wings were good but not the best, but the pizza rolls were great! Just wished they came out quicker and with enough time to actually be an appetizer. Keep in mind, the server was super nice, just wasn’t the greatest service. I’ll go three stars only because the server was nice. I expected the food and service to be better for an Old Chicago and probably will never return, at least to this location.

Amanda was great. Took care of 5 late nighters, accommodated bizarre drink requests (I still don't understand the pickles in pilsner thing). Was too late to gauge the atmosphere but can definitely recommend to people needing a drink around 10 pm.

First time at this location. It was a Friday night so we expected it to be busy, which it was. Not a problem. We got seated fairly quickly and our server was pretty quick for it being so busy.

Over all a great experience, the only issue we had was the portion size. Seems like the portion sizes are small than they were before. It have a been awhile since our last visit to an Old Chicago, but we definitely remember there being more food. Which is a shame because thebfood was delicious. Just could have had more, especially since the cost seems not to gave changed.

We came in for lunch and our service from Valissa was second to none. Her knowledge of the menu and best beers for my picky wife made her our favorite waitress by far. Our drinks were never empty and if we needed something she was there. I will be requesting her section from here on out! She is by far the best server at your location!

This place used to be good. Now it's more overpriced frozen garbage. Avoid

Walked in, sat at the bar 10 minutes went by not one single person asked me what I needed for a drink or menu appetizer. Anything people walked right by didn’t even check on me after 10 minutes. I got up and walked away as I was walking away another gentleman waved with the same frustration and said he’d been waiting there 20 minutes and no one had seen him either, maybe had six people at it and easily could’ve held 25 people zero excuse as to why this was as it was 3:30 in the afternoon when I spoke to the lady at the hostess booth she had asked if she could get her manager I said don’t worry about it, but the other guy might want to talk to a manager as I was talking to her It seemed like her boyfriend was sitting to the left of her eating what looked like a to go, box of macaroni and cheese of some sort very unprofessional this is the second time I’ve been in this month and received poor service
