Service was fast and the waitress was super nice. Got the Chicago pepperoni pizza and salads. Cesar salad was soooo good!

Was visiting Billings and wanted to find a place to watch a soccer match and wound up at Old Chicago. Krista, my server, was terrific. Attentive, kind, helpful, awesome.

Also had a great time soccer with another server, but I didn't catch his name.

Highly recommended!

Visiting from out of town, we had a fantastic experience! A party of five, we were seated quickly for dinner and the service was fast and friendly. I had the cauliflower pizza, which was outstanding and everyone else enjoyed their pizzas as well. I had not visited an Old Chicago before, but I look forward to being a repeat customer when possible. Highly recommended!

I visited at a little after 10pm on a Monday evening. There was no door greeter or anyone to seat us. We walked in and there were several tables available to sit at but we wanted a booth. There were several booths that were dirty, so we had to find a server and asked if someone could clean the booth so we can sit there and she said, I'll try to get to it in a few minutes. I waited about 5 minutes standing at the booth and the server wiped the table and seat down leaving everything wet. After another 5 minutes of waiting, she came back with napkins and silverware. I had to specifically ask her to dry the table and seat so we could sit down. She placed a pile of napkins on the table and wiped the seat down then left quite quickly. We had to dry the table ourselves as it was still sopping wet. We had a different server that took our order and she was decent. She took our drink order and got it wrong. Not a big deal but we were very clear in what was ordered. Just ordered a water and soda water with lemon and no ice. We received mostly ice in both. She corrected without any issue.

The we ordered deep pan pizza. It was OK, nothing to write home about. It wasn't bad, but not what we were expecting. This was our first time ever visiting this place.

The music played was good. Bathrooms were OK, not bad but not kept up either.

Also, we called 4 times by phone 30 minutes prior to arriving and no one answered the phone. After ringing numerous times, some automated device picked up the call and said goodby, then hung up each time. Poor service if you ask me if you want business. What if we were ordering a takeout order?

Bottom line, food wasn't bad, but there is a lot better out there for ones hard earned money. Only went there because it was late and they were open till midnight. We would never go back again unless it was the only place available and we were really hungry.

Everything we ordered was excellent from appetizer to main course...we had a burger, pizza and I had the fish. Server was attentive and prompt. One of our favorite places!!

The last few times I’ve been in with my family or my partner I felt like I could’ve gone to Applebees and got a better quality food product. The beef patties they use are just not flavorful or juicy, you taste them through everything no matter what burger you get. Also the order to receiving food times are not terrible but not great either. 25 mins for 1 burger and a mac and cheese on a Sunday night probably 1/3-1/2 capacity. I feel like that’s pretty consistent there and could be worked on. Old Chicago isn’t bad but it’s not great, I’m sure if you’re there to drink beer with your buddies and eat appetizers and chill it’s fine. However if you’re in it just for a meal I think you can do better elsewhere. I went 3 separate times before concluding this.

I order the classic pizza and buffalo roasted cauliflower to be delivered. Both items were cold and the cauliflower was not roasted, was missing everything and was undercooked. Very disappointed!!

First timer at Old Chicago anywhere and it wasn’t the greatest. Went in the afternoon for lunch about 2:35. Takes a few minutes for the server to recognize us and take drink orders and brings them back a few moments later. She leaves the table and then doesn’t come back for over 15 minutes to take our orders. We all had our order ready from the lunch menu almost immediately. Because she didn’t return until 3:02 we weren’t allowed to order from the lunch menu. She said “aww you just missed the lunch menu by 2 minutes.” Should’ve honored it. That was just the beginning. The place was fairly empty, we didn’t get our food until about 30 minutes later, and the appetizers came out at the same time. What was supposed to be a quick lunch outing from work, for most of us, turned out to be almost an hour and a half. Food was barely par, pizza was dry (crust was great,) wings were good but not the best, but the pizza rolls were great! Just wished they came out quicker and with enough time to actually be an appetizer. Keep in mind, the server was super nice, just wasn’t the greatest service. I’ll go three stars only because the server was nice. I expected the food and service to be better for an Old Chicago and probably will never return, at least to this location.

Amanda was great. Took care of 5 late nighters, accommodated bizarre drink requests (I still don't understand the pickles in pilsner thing). Was too late to gauge the atmosphere but can definitely recommend to people needing a drink around 10 pm.
