Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a great dinner here. My daughter wanted to do her family birthday dinner here. Food was good, and they came and sang her happy birthday and gave her a free dessert.

Usually get good service but tonight in a to go order they completely forgot a desert fit my wife. But the entrees we got were delicious.
When I called i was placed on hold for 10 minutes.

Jerry saved my life!!! I left my wallet there when I was sick and foggy heady. By the time I found out, I was already 5 hours away and counting, roadtripping to chicago. I was ready to bitterly drive back and get it but Jerry said he could mail it to me!!! This couldn't mean more to me and I appreciate him and the staff at olive garden. Especially when I was sick our waiter gave me some sprite to quell my stomach and was just very caring for my health. Thank you so much!

Do not trust what the Olive Garden website says about wait times. It is generic BS. Do yourself a favor, put yourself on the list when driving there. Every. Single. Time.
>30m wait time when website says 1-10. Staff then comment that website isn't linked to location. False advertising about time.

It was our 1 yr anniversary, Christina S was absolutely amazing! She took good care of us. We are very thankful for her kindness! We will be back again in the near future!

Got on the virtual waiting list not knowing you had to be in parking lot or in waiting area. There was no text giving a waiting time, except at the last minute. We called saying we were going to be a minute late due to bad roads. They were rude when we showed up and did not honor our reservation.

I witnessed an incredibly chaotic & busy night. To no curb side spots, seeing a catering delivery driver leave without the whole order, to a car hitting another car while trying to park. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking. The manager went above and beyond for me and in all events listed above (that I watched while waiting for my order). As a manager myself I could feel how hard this night was on the staff and it made me admire them that much more. 10/10 for everyone.

We had a great time at the olive garden in billings. We had a server named Erica that was super bubbly and very personable. She tried to show us good deals and was very quick. She's probably the nicest waitress I've ever met. You Should visit.

I sometimes go in just to have all you can eat soup and breadsticks for lunch. Great in cold weather.
And their dinners are very good too!
