Couldn't fault the Australian menu selection and culture authenticity; as our meals were spot on. The sirloin and rib eye steaks were cooked to perfect and the Gold Coast prawns were bbq'd well enough. Crickey though, the service was slower than a wet week as we waited 45 minutes for a drink.
I generally avoid the big chain restaurants but I ate here 3 or 4 years ago and now I eat there 3 to 4 times a year. Middle of the afternoon you're getting steak and shrimp in the time it takes to get a Big Mac. Hot fresh and fast hard to beat.
We came on a Saturday after 1p.m. We were one of 3 tables in the restaurant. We were seated in an area that had not been cleaned. Hamburger, smashed tomatoes, lettuce, fries, etc on the floor. Bloomin onion tasted like it had been cooked on extremely old oil. Steak was overcooked, burned on one side and the chicken tasted spoiled. Bread and broccoli great. Coconut shrimp ok. Could have skipped the rest. Disappointing for the price
