I have finally decided to just give up on this Panda Express location entirely. I have called several times after arriving home to find my chow mien consisting of an unacceptable ratio of vegetables to noodles and the store manager has promised me every time that they would fix the issue... and every time I return to try again, it's the same. This time, I am so fed up, I decided to separate the 2 to show the ridiculous difference and post the photo with genuine hope that the problem will be fixed. I don't want to have to drive clear to the other side of town where the store on Grand gets it perfect and fresh every single time!

This review is for Phoenix and Bailey these two ladies give the best service, they deal with a long line of hangry people every night and each one of these ladies stands out to me, they are kind and take steps to go above and beyond to make sure our experiences here are top notch. They treat you as if you’re about to be seated at a fine dining restaurant, corporate and management, please recognize and reward good staff when you have them. Good employees are hard to come by these days and these two women take pride in their work. Thank you both for always making my experience memorable and positive! The only critic I could give and ask is please take out all the vegetables in the chowmein! There’s always too much but it would just taste better without them anyway! Everything else is wonderful, thank you ladies!

At 9pm they can not bread a $50 bill on a $14 meal cause they dropped their till. Will not go back because of how lazy they are!
This was one of the most disappointing lunches I’ve had in a long time. Noodles were chewy and cold, chicken dishes I ordered were uneatable, I threw almost my whole meal away. There was no seasoning on noodles or rice…sooo bland! Uhggggg… There was no customer service. Ice machine had been down for a week I was told by employees and all they could offer was a warm fountain beverage at full price or a $3-$4 dollar bottle beverage in their cooler. Little to no selections in the buffet to choose from and what was available was old and expired looking, and looked even more uneatable than what I ordered. A sad disappointment...I’ve always liked the panda express but I will never be back again to this restaurant. Horrible experience I’ll stop at the holiday station down the street from the restaurant on my was back to work to get a cold beverage at least. I never post on here about a restaurant but I wasn’t able to not say something.

Ordered chow mein the noodles were cold and "chewy", the broccoli was closer to raw then it should have been, chicken egg rolls tasted odd , mushroom chicken was undescribable bad , lol the sweet n sour sauce was NOT good. Won't order from this restaurant again ugghhhh

It's a panda express so there is that... Chinese fast food that is found all over mall food courts...they are pretty good at keeping fresh food out and their service is always with a smile.
Vegetarian options: They have power greens, lo mein noodles, fried rice, spring rolls all vegetarian food
