the blonde manager working today (don’t know his name) gave my husband attitude, got defensive, and raised his voice at him when he came in for his refund/free sandwich that he was promised. few days ago he got a sandwich that had no peppers and no avocado, looked unfinished and my husband had just gotten off work after long day and wasn’t about to drive all the way back. called management and said they’d take down his name and put him down for a free sandwich/ refund the next time he came in. in the end today the manager gave him more than what he came for, didn’t even look to see if his name was written anywhere. cashier even apologized for managers behavior. thanks for the free food anyway.

Love this Panera. The food is good and the prices are fair. I have never had an order messed up. The Tuscan chicken sandwich on an Asiago bagel is amazing. I suggest doing your order online and picking it up. The line can be long around lunchtime. Highly recommend.

We eat at Panera every time we go to Billings! Easy ordering, speedy service and delicious food! The employees are consistently friendly and courteous. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice, quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Coffee was cold. Grilled cheese was the worst....cheese looked like rubber, barely warm and barely grilled. Tomato soup tasted like pizza sauce. Cream of broccoli soup was the only half way decent thing we ate. We could have gone to Applebee's for same price and had a drink. Don't waste your $$$$$.

Since breaking down in front of panera, it's been crazy trying to find help in this town. I broke down in front of this restaurant and I wanna say all the workers there like every one of them has been super kind, always smiling and making sure their customers are safe and comfortable. They have helped me so much i love how these guys present themselves especially when someone is in need. You guys food is amazing and you guys are amazing. We appreciate everything you guys have done to help us as much as you guys could. This is the restaurant I definitely would recommend nothing but clean amazing comfy and very kind staff on every shift

Super clean store with friendly staff. The setup is not the traditional Panera store, but much is great. The food was well prepared, not messy, and tasted really good. We ordered online and it was don’t in like 5 minutes.
