Ordered a large pizza and a pepsi it took almost a hour and half till it was delivered took a bite off pizza and the pizza was cold the sauce was cold very disappointed

I will never order from this place again. spent almost fifty dollars an did not receive the desert. the driver was didn't seem like he wanted to go get the missing item, I tipped him, that sucks. but to make matters wrote. I called the store. the employee had the worst attitude I have ever heard of. OMG!!!!! AND HE WAS THE MANAGER. he was adamant that I was trying to get a free meal. The pizza aint all that. I just wanted a refund for what i didn't get, He reluctantly said he would comp what I didn't get. Who does that? they either need a new manager or He needs to get a grip.

My only qualms is forgetting the garlic on the crust, and it not actually being cut through the crust. Delivery driver was dope, though ? And the food was otherwise made correctly :))

Was definitely not the pizza I ordered.Called store didn't seem to excited to fix the problem so I am just eating it because I am hungry

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for delivery. Finally called store and opening manager tells me that the driver is in his way back to store. We have no pizza, nor does the hotel front desk. I ask for refund, and Jay (who was very nice by the way) instructs me to call the 24th St location to surreal with general manager. I call, and wait on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I contact PJ customer service which is outsourced overseas of course, and they tell me that I need to do the same thing. I call back to the store and sit on hold. I've been on hold for 4 days now.... still hoping for a refund for the pizza that was never delivered. Buyers beware!
Could not make an order because I could not understand the person trying to take the orde, asked to talk to someone I could understand and he told me that I would have to call back. Wow is all I got. If I dealt with people and I work with that kind of customer service I would not do very well.

Not an eat in restaurant; entirely takeouts and home delivery. Decently clean and staffed. Good variety of toppings for pizzas.

I went in earlier today and my experience was amazing! The atmosphere was great and everyone there was seriously so sweet and down to earth. Both management and the lady who was at the counter was one of the best people i’ve ran into in a pizza place!! Also- for food, my food was super warm and amazing even after the 30 minute drive home! 10/10 suggest these guys .
