As a Dasher this place is one of the worst in town. Always ten or twenty minutes late. They could adjust the app on their end so they have more time to get the order ready but they would rather take money out of our pockets

Whoever is in charge of setting the time when to send a doordasher to pick up and order needs to adjust their time. They have it set to send a dasher immediately which causes doordashers to not only lose money but get a contract violation for the late pick up.
The store promises to have the food ready by a certain time. A dasher shows up and the food isnt even in the oven. It's disgusting that you will take advantage of people trying to deliver your food. Shame on the management.

Ordered and picked up my pizza and when I walked in I was totally ignored and then when I got my pizza it was horrible! The toppings were not put on the pizza evenly all the meat was on one side of the pizza, nor were the toppings and sauce spread out so there was a ton of crust on a NY style pizza. The cheese stix barely has any cheese and were dry. Probably won't go back to the heights store for pizza again!

Ordered a large pizza and a pepsi it took almost a hour and half till it was delivered took a bite off pizza and the pizza was cold the sauce was cold very disappointed
there's barely anything on these pizzas, basically 60 bucks for bread, do not order from here

I will never order from this place again. spent almost fifty dollars an did not receive the desert. the driver was didn't seem like he wanted to go get the missing item, I tipped him, that sucks. but to make matters wrote. I called the store. the employee had the worst attitude I have ever heard of. OMG!!!!! AND HE WAS THE MANAGER. he was adamant that I was trying to get a free meal. The pizza aint all that. I just wanted a refund for what i didn't get, He reluctantly said he would comp what I didn't get. Who does that? they either need a new manager or He needs to get a grip.

My only qualms is forgetting the garlic on the crust, and it not actually being cut through the crust. Delivery driver was dope, though ? And the food was otherwise made correctly :))
