Could not make an order because I could not understand the person trying to take the orde, asked to talk to someone I could understand and he told me that I would have to call back. Wow is all I got. If I dealt with people and I work with that kind of customer service I would not do very well.

Avoid at all costs.Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was left on the community mailbox 2 blocks away.Called mgr and she would not take responsibility for mistake and tried blaming us for the delivery mistake.What kind of dumb phaaaawk would deliver a pizza to a mailbox!

Not an eat in restaurant; entirely takeouts and home delivery. Decently clean and staffed. Good variety of toppings for pizzas.

I went in earlier today and my experience was amazing! The atmosphere was great and everyone there was seriously so sweet and down to earth. Both management and the lady who was at the counter was one of the best people i’ve ran into in a pizza place!! Also- for food, my food was super warm and amazing even after the 30 minute drive home! 10/10 suggest these guys .

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for delivery. Finally called store and opening manager tells me that the driver is in his way back to store. We have no pizza, nor does the hotel front desk. I ask for refund, and Jay (who was very nice by the way) instructs me to call the 24th St location to surreal with general manager. I call, and wait on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I contact PJ customer service which is outsourced overseas of course, and they tell me that I need to do the same thing. I call back to the store and sit on hold.I've been on hold for 4 days now.... still hoping for a refund for the pizza that was never delivered.Buyers beware!

Called for delivery and never received it. They took all info told me delivery time. Order never came called and got machine saying they were closed. Poor management and lack of customer service. Don't order here you won't be happy.

Called to try papa John's pizza for the first time and it was good pizza and a nice change the pizza was hot the dough they use isn't super salty like other places driver was friendly 10/10 would order again

Pizzas are so delicious and the staff inside are always polite and courteous. Quality of the food is among the best and the wait time when ordering in-store is very fast.
When out of town we were recommended to get pizza here but we were out of delivery range. So I called it in and we went to pick it up. The crowd waiting for pick up was big and 1/2 the people picking up their order sat there forever!! I felt bad for the Uber eats driver who is now delivering a pizza which already sat 15 minutes waiting for someone to hand it out!!Our pizza was tasty but not good enough to make up for the terrible wait in a Thursday night!!

Waited 2 1/2 hours and finally called to see what was going on they said to call back in 15-30min. Called back and I've been on the phone for 20min on hold to get a refund. Will never order from them again.

Ordered my food last night at 6ish pm. Around 8 I call them cause my pizza still didn't show up. They tell me to call back in 15-30min. They blamed door dash for why my pizza hasn't showed up and pretty much told me it's not there problem after that. I call back in about 5-10min. they left me on hold for a good 1 1/2 until they closed. I just want my refund. very unhappy and I will never order from here again.

Just not as tasty as dominoes or pizza slut.I thought I would try the shaqaroni,but even it doesn't compare to other brands.The only thing somewhat reliable about these guys are the pepper chino pepper and their signature garlic butter sauce,that's it.I can't church up this review any,location is good right off Main Street I'm the Heights but that's about it...

I ordered pizza at 745, got a text at 820 that it was ready. I got there around 845 and the doors were locked! The front doors said the store is closed at 10 and I looked online...same thing. So I called the store and the answering machine said the store was closed! Pizza was only 20 bucks so not worth my time to even dispute, but figured I'd post this quick.Stupid. RIP to my Hawaiian 'za
