Ordered a large pepperoni pizza staff couldn't understand this order. After 10 minutes on the phone being asked a bunch of questions, and getting asked if I wanted every other item on the menu as I kept saying the same order over and over, went to pizza hut instead.
Great experience! We took-out three pizzas...all bake to perfection. Thanks Pspap John's!

Ordered delivery online, got an email confirmation that it will be delivered at 4:46pm.... It showed up at 5:32, it was very cold, it had the wrong toppings, and it didn't have any of the extra sauces that we ordered and paid for. All around horrible experience.

My kids love papa johns cheese bread for some reason. But the last 3 times we've gotten it, it was so inconsistent. Have to tell the kids papa johns is broken, we can't get that right now. Either burnt or undercooked. I've tried making homemade but just not quite the same lol. Disappointing but is what it is. It's obviously not being managed well. We got food at home. Not wasting any more money on disappointment. 🤷♀️

Tried to give this place one more chance after a couple of disappointing visits, but it just keeps getting worse. It’s pretty clear this place is poorly managed. We ordered a light-sauce pizza with ½ sausage and ½ pepperoni and black olives, but it’s like the staff reads the order and does whatever they want. Every time, the pizza is drowning in sauce, the toppings are piled unevenly (mostly under the cheese) across the whole thing, and it’s barely even cut through. This time there were piles of olives buried under the cheese across the whole thing instead of just one side. I like olives, but I’m not trying to eat 6 all at once in one bite of pizza…
To top it off, we were still talking to the guy at the window to make sure all of our sauces were there, and he just shut the window mid-sentence and walked away. 😂 We just left without them, and honestly, we didn’t even end up eating the pizza. Total waste of money. Joke’s on us for giving them another try!

Had an issue which was not stores fault. Manager stepped up and took care of us very professionally and quickly. If your the owner and see this, your guy deserves a raise!
You need to start using the Poppa John’s marinara cups individually packaged. STOP filling clear containers with pizza sauce. Going elsewhere.

Easily the WORST pizza I have ever received. Sloppiest placement of toppings (they didn’t even try, the jalapeños were piled on one part of the pizza). We requested square cut and instead got the most disproportionate triangle slices. The most incredible realization was that they didn’t even put cheese on it!!! Sauce and toppings only. Absolutely insane. Why is this place even open?

Showed up for my pick upnorder. Lights off door locked little kids running around. I had to knock to get attention and the children grabbed their parents im assuming both employees. The lady came to the door unlicked it and rudly said our pos should have been off so we arent maki g those we are closed. Shut the door and locked it in our faces as i had another uber eats or dasher who had arrived as well while i was knocking. Completely unproffesional. If not working you shouldnt be there and if you mess up and leave the pos on and have the employees which you had at least2 to do the job. You should just do it instead the response i got. Or maybe some respect or an apology at lease. Short dark haired girl with pink color 1 little girl under2 1 little boy under 10 and a gentleman around 20 brown hair. Fanily affair up in there but no work being done.

They sent are food in three deliveries, I was charged $120 first person didn't get everything 2 person started crying and third person was the same as the first person and the order was still wrong . So when we order do we need to be at store and push the button for them to make right

When I called to inquire about the delay, the staff member who answered was polite and confirmed that my pizza was on its way. However, I found the wait time quite frustrating, especially since it was late for my family.
Additionally, I've noticed a trend where Papa John's delivery is now often outsourced to DoorDash. This can lead to further delays, as drivers may be juggling multiple deliveries. Unfortunately, this means that by the time the pizza arrives, it is frequently cold.
I remember when Papa John's used to provide a more reliable delivery experience, particularly in comparison to competitors like Domino’s. It seems that the level of customer service and attentiveness to delivery times has declined. I believe that many customers share a desire for a return to the days when ordering pizza felt like a dependable option for a Friday night meal, along with consistent communication and care from management during challenging periods. My order wasn't even confirmed by door dash until almost an our after placing it on their app.
Guess they just don't care anymore. Just order local and pick it up on the way home I guess.
