My mom and I ordered delivery here & got immediately sick. We called the store & the asst manager encouraged us to go get DRUG TESTS! We sent preliminary positive results into the lab but the lab confirmed negative so it very well may have been food poisoning. Either way, the response from this store & corporate has been pathetic. I was contacted by corporate & never received the refund I was offered for either the food or drug tests.
You also better be aware as a customer that they are outsourcing all their deliveries to DoorDash drivers. I work for the courthouse & see how many people with drug problems use delivery driving as a source of income. I think customers deserve to know when they order that it won't be a Papa John's employee bringing your food to the door.
It boggles my mind that this a) occurred and b) has been responded to this way. We live in a time where if you feel bad after getting food delivered, the response is to get drug tested. And whether it was drugs or food poisoning, it's a poor quality situation over at this store.

The people that worked here had messy floors and tables. They literally told me they don't care enough to worry. One lady was wearing crocs and has stains all over her. Tje other smelled and was chewing tobacco and I asked her to not while making pizza and she got upset. They work slow and gossip really loud about me and other customers.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my kid in. The people would need to dress more professionally and be clean

Order anywhere else if you can, quality is grossly sub par, even for this price point, and staff NEVER QC’s orders. Just don’t do it, I’ve had better service at Little Caesar’s. Last I visited, 1-11-25, the kid that gave me my order had shoulder length hair that was so stiff with grease that he had appeared to not have bathed for over a month. My order was missing multiple components. The said kid served me an incomplete product and I have yet to see a resolution.

Ordered a shaq-aroni pizza today only to receive it in a large. Also who in their right mind orders $2 of pepperocinni peppers only to receive 2 small a** peppers? A order of peppers should come with 3-4 per “quantity. 2 peppers? Really? As you guys already give one singular complimentary pepper per pizza. Absolutely horrible service in current times. Couple years back had the best employees. After tonight’s interaction, I will never EVER order from this location again.

Ordered a pizza that showed up cold and missing ingredients I paid for and and it was cut like a four year old cut it and I called to say something and the manager hung up on me. I will NEVER order from this or any other papa John's this place is garbage this is not the first time something like this has happened. Papa John's has no standards. Awful service I made an order and got an email a few minutes later stating that it was canceled because they couldn't reach me over the phone when I had no missed calls. We waited a half hour and i checked to see where it was at and seen yhe email. I tried to call and no one will answer. This happened twice now. Will not be ordering from this business anymore.

It’s too late to call the business, but I had no idea when you order through Papa John’s online that they use DoorDash drivers to deliver for them. We order through Domino’s all the time they don’t use DoorDash drivers. I will not hear the excuse as we can’t keep drivers pay your people properly, all I know is I’m out $100 right now and the DoorDash driver treated me like crap and hung up on me because they delivered it to the wrong house because their GPS took them there and that’s exact reason why I stopped using DoorDash in general never had that problem with Uber Eats I called to get my refund if there’s any discrepancies on it, I will come back and update my review but as of now not a happy customer

Girl working at drive thru looked as if we disturbed her... Pizza was dry, no flavor. Will never go back. Also pizza wasn't even cut thru and peppers tasted old, hard. Garlic sauce was open and leaking in box. What happened to having pride in what you serve?
