Called and ordered for pick-up. Asked for extra cheese. Ok I know what to expect as we love Papa Murphy's. Go in to pick up and notice that it looks different. I ask about the cheese and sprinkle stuff on top of the Cowboy and other pizza, the employee says oh they probably forgot, I can remake the pizzas. By then I am irritated and angry I grab my pizzas that are not correct in the first place and walk out. OH Hell no where has the work ethics gone in this world.

For the 2nd time no one answered the phone after an hour of trying. Went in at 7:30pm. The guy told me they put everything away & were getting ready to close. I said you still have half an hour before closing. He said he was sorry again but everything had been put away & they were only doing online orders. This is the 2nd time in less than a month that they were closing at 7:30! We frequent this place often but no longer! They don't answer the phone & they close early. Unbelievable!
I was notified of the Tuesday $12 pizza special so I swung by this location last night. It was 7:45pm and the store's posted hours say closing at 8pm. Two young men were in there and they had already completely shut the store down. There were no ingredients out, the lights were out, and they were mopping the floor. I went inside and they said they were only there for pickup for people that had ordered online. I said you close at 8pm and one guy just said sorry. Considering there are other options in town, I don't think I'll go back here.

I have never been treated so badly as I was on Grand Ave. I called & they hung up on me as the person (guy) answered the phone, I told him I had been holding for 15 minutes & could he take my order now - Oh boy did I get an ear full & he hung up. I called back & he told me I was rude (absolutely false) and I shouldn't come back - go somewhere else! I pick up pizza every Friday & have for years - they have never known my name, acted like they didn't recognize me as well. I have spent my years in sales and talk about rude!! I will never step in Grand Ave again & have been going to King Ave store BUT it still ticks me off as it is the same owner. I assume he could care less about customer service. I asked for his name & they gave me NO info.Save yourself trouble, don't go!!

We have been Papa Murphy's customers for at least 17 years. Last night I called in an order for my "usual," large original crust, garden veggie with no green peppers or onions, and requested the addition of spinach and extra topping cheese. When we got it home to bake it, there was virtually no cheese on it, let alone topping cheese. We are extremely disappointed, and are seriously considering not patronizing Papa Murphy's again.
