Love this place. Food's good, waitresses are nice to talk to, and it's reasonably priced.

PAYS Cafe is me and my husband’s favorite breakfast in Billings. After your third time in you’re treated like family. Pam is top notch serving staff, Dave is a fantastic and fast cook, and Tina is friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this place, and don’t give Pam any guff. She’ll put you in your place ;) I order home made pie every time. Authentic diner experience!

Found this #hiddengem in the stock yards near downtown Billing and it was a perfect stop for lunch with my lovely Aunt. The server was super nice. The food came out hot and fast. I had a delightful club sandwich while the girl got some French toast (they serve the whole menu all day). And my aunt got a ham and cheese which she really liked. The fries were crispy and hot. We will definitely be going back here for weekday lunches.

Amazing food and service. Great pie. Definitely a highlight. Pam was wonderful to meet. My steak was cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes were homemade and fantastic. Would be a regular if I lived in town.

We were passing through, I was in the mood for something unpretentious and local and this place was perfect. It took me back to the ‘70s. Service was excellent, menu traditional and food unpretentious.

You would think a livestock yard would have a good hamburger. Not so!!

Pays is a nice little place. It's tucked back away from the hustle of downtown Billings. Good down home cooking. The pies are 100% worth the calories.

Old styled venue, for breakfast and lunch spot, when we checked in early around 7am, not really crowded, the gentle lady offered us coffee and drinks warmly, we made our own customized breakfast menu and ordered 2 medium half fry eggs with 1 french toast, scrambled eggs and pan cake, the portion of scrambled egg was smaller though pan cake and other items quantities were fair enough, we re filled our coffee cups, and spent like 30 min. The prices are reasonable also, the atmosphere calm, definitely visit again if we need to go for breakfast.

Parking: the cafe located to nearby livestock area, so plenty of parking.
