Confirmed no more buffet nor has the restaurant been converted to a “Pizza Hut Classic.” Also could not find an employee to ask. I will be watching and waiting for the remodel and hope we keep our only sit down pizza hut.

Ordered delivery to our hotel room. After a 45 min wait our pizza arrived but our order was messed up. I tried calling and was told I would be transferred to someone to discuss the error, but after a long wait I gave up.

I called in a large order for work and I had to use several gift cards that had to be keyed in by hand. Sinder helped me and was very efficient and friendly. It is hard to find that anymore and I greatly appreciated it!

We ordered it for delivery and it said 30 minutes through the app 30 minutes goes by and nothing. We then get a text saying DoorDash has picked up your order should be there within ten minutes. We never ordered through DoorDash…. We call thinking it’s the store and get outsourced to India where they then send us over to the store and we were told “oh the driver just picked it up” are you serious? So we wait another ten minutes this Pizza Hut is 2 miles down the road from our hotel. We then get a text saying the phone number of the driver and we call him “oh I just picked it up but I’ll be there in two minutes”
Ordered a bbq pizza can’t taste any BBQ sauce at all just pizza dough, cheese and meat. Also ordered a supreme where’s the sauce?! So disappointed there’s WAY better pizza huts in Billings than this one. Pizza was cold. I don’t blame the DoorDash driver that picked it up I blame this establishment for their timing and not having a driver on staff. Had we known we would’ve never tipped through the app and just given the driver cash. I do hope the DoorDash driver gets the whole tip and not just partial. Unacceptable Pizza Hut you need to do ALOT better if I could’ve left 0 stars I would’ve but the app won’t let me

Orded a pizza 11 am for delivery. 1 pm no pizza. Went to store they said power went out. Ok we will get pizza in 1 hr. 430 pm no pizza... i called they said they canceled pizza without even calling me. I asked for manager she said she was the manager do you want to place a order. I asked for distric managers number. She gave me a number that didnt work. Another words she lied to me. Not sure who this ma ager was but oviously shoyld not have a job after this insident. And no il never give pizza hut another dollar.
