I called in a large order for work and I had to use several gift cards that had to be keyed in by hand. Sinder helped me and was very efficient and friendly. It is hard to find that anymore and I greatly appreciated it!

We ordered it for delivery and it said 30 minutes through the app 30 minutes goes by and nothing. We then get a text saying DoorDash has picked up your order should be there within ten minutes. We never ordered through DoorDash…. We call thinking it’s the store and get outsourced to India where they then send us over to the store and we were told “oh the driver just picked it up” are you serious? So we wait another ten minutes this Pizza Hut is 2 miles down the road from our hotel. We then get a text saying the phone number of the driver and we call him “oh I just picked it up but I’ll be there in two minutes”
Ordered a bbq pizza can’t taste any BBQ sauce at all just pizza dough, cheese and meat. Also ordered a supreme where’s the sauce?! So disappointed there’s WAY better pizza huts in Billings than this one. Pizza was cold. I don’t blame the DoorDash driver that picked it up I blame this establishment for their timing and not having a driver on staff. Had we known we would’ve never tipped through the app and just given the driver cash. I do hope the DoorDash driver gets the whole tip and not just partial. Unacceptable Pizza Hut you need to do ALOT better if I could’ve left 0 stars I would’ve but the app won’t let me

Orded a pizza 11 am for delivery. 1 pm no pizza. Went to store they said power went out. Ok we will get pizza in 1 hr. 430 pm no pizza... i called they said they canceled pizza without even calling me. I asked for manager she said she was the manager do you want to place a order. I asked for distric managers number. She gave me a number that didnt work. Another words she lied to me. Not sure who this ma ager was but oviously shoyld not have a job after this insident. And no il never give pizza hut another dollar.

am on hold an hour after my order was supposed to arrive, stuck on a hold line after speaking with someone who doesn't work at the store and being transferred... not sure why its taking so long but at least an answer or hang up on the line would give some sort of feedback

My dad placed an order for delivery to our house at about 5:40pm. Over two hours later, nothing ever showed up. I tried calling to see what was going on, I got transferred but got put into an indefinite hold. Definitely bad for business.

Pizza was doughy, Cinnabons were dry, didn’t get the Pepsi we ordered, and we called them about it and they gave us attitude! That was the best way to waste 100 dollars on a pizza I couldn’t eat and a soda I couldn’t drink. Thank you King Ave Pizza Hut for wasting my money :/

My food was cold, dry, and I was not given extra sauce as ordered. The box the fries came in wasn't even half full and they were cold. I'm disappointed in pizza huts quality.
The delivery driver, I didn't get her name, but she is awesome and friendly. And she drove in the snow and ice for me. She deserves so much more than a $10 delivery fee and tip.
