The worst service I have had in billings.came in to play golf and have a drink. Had to go to bar to get our first drink. No problem but after 1 hr. Nobody came back an d asked if we needed anything. Same the past 2 times. We're done.

I was just chastised by one of your waitresses for not tipping her. She says that's how we make our money. If they get paid such low hourly wages that they have to rely on tips just to survive, they are working for the wrong company. Maybe they should include a tip in the bill. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Wings are a great deal and taste great!! We've had them a few times now. Kind staff and friendly atmosphere. I can't speak to the rest of the menu. But the wings are very good. Worth a try!!

We always go to The Play Inn for shrimp, it’s always been really good. Tonight 12/08/2024 the shrimp was way over cooked and quite tough. It was hard to eat for my 89 year old mother. We hope it is better next time. The waitresses are always exceptional 😀

Would not recommend doing carry out. Our first experience the chicken dinner was overcooked and dry. Just ordered 2-hot sandwiches for pickup. Awful. They really skimped on the gravy; nearly not enough, the food was cold and they couldn’t even include a pat of butter for the roll.. Very disappointing!

Place so busy was a wait, but, food product was tasty and timely once ordered. Friendly service... just busy and loud ... not nicest dinner atmosphere, but great bar atmosphere.

You know I have been ordering here for years and the customer service has gone horribly down hill along with the food. The past few times I’ve ordered the salad the lettuce is old and brown and the lady that works there even said to someone else passing by to change out the salad AFTER she’s done with mine as she’s picking out the brown lettuce with her bare hands and smoothing it out in the container. Today I called to order chicken fried steak, which by the way IS THEIR SPECIAL and when she answered (same salad lady) she, as always, sounded so annoyed. I asked if I could not get the sides and get just joes and she said “well that’s gonna be way more money!” I said that’s fine so then she’s having issues on the computer and can’t find the chicken fried steak, gets frustrated and comes back and says that they don’t have any…how?! It’s your SPECIAL!! It was 11:15am so yeah. As she is hanging up ON ME I hear her say I just told her we don’t have any. I’m sorry it was inconvenience to try to resolve how to enter it into the computer. Unreal and unacceptable. Not that it will matter but I won’t order here again.
My family owns a restaurant a couple doors down, but there are days we want a meal not on our menu. The staff and food always fulfill our needs and our staffs needs. The cranberry dipping sauce is top on my favorites. The prices are also very reasonable. We are happy to be in their neighborhood.

I frequently would go to the Play Inn back in the 80's and now after moving back home I will go back from time to time. It's changed from those old days but it's still a great place for a beer ? and food ?
