Proof Donuts & Coffee

I’m REEEEAALLY tired of paying $3 for extra bacon in my burrito and there barely being a difference.. a package of bacon is freak 4-5$.. and they’re using bacon bits.. stop skimping on what we’re paying extra for.

Lets start with the silly hours. 7 to 12 do you want business? Next 10 minutes before the posted hours I arrived only to have the staff run across the store and lock the door in my face. Then stare at me like I'm dumb for trying to enter a supposedly open place. If you are out of doughnut say something don't lock me out and stare at me.

The bacon and maple doughnut is ingenious and delicious, but my latest experience was disappointing. They didn’t put enough frosting and put way too much bacon. Also, the sprinkled doughnut was over sprinkled with not enough frosting. I have to say that the banana flavored doughnuts are delicious and definitely worth stop in for and so are the blueberry ones!

Beignets were awesome, donuts were amazing as always. Never disappointed, unless you get there too late and they're sold out! Best donuts around!

Love this place. The food is phenomenal, the donuts are the best around, and the atmosphere is cool! Everytime I’m in town we make a stop. This time I was lucky enough to find beignets on the menu and no words, just a 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼!!

Always on our list to visit when in Billings — great gourmet donuts, coffee and more. It doesn’t get any better than Proof!

If you like Vera donuts in Missoula you’ll love these. I’m not a fan of the texture but there’s objectively nothing wrong with them. My daughter loved hers.

Not bad, but I have had better. At first, I thought donuts were "old" but maybe they are not made the traditional way? Maybe potato or something. Still worth a shot if you like donuts.

Man.....I cannot say enough good things about this place. I thought I had a good idea about what donuts could be until I walked through the doors of this place. This is the best kind of drug that money can buy......sugar! In all seriousness Im pretty rigid but these are my vice and I am only a little ashamed to admit it. The environment and vibe is amazing and to me the best part is that they are scientists concocting new flavors on the regular so for that.......I salute you guys and gals!!

LOVE this place! Staff is always friendly, making every visit great. I love the assortment of donuts they have, though I do wish they would make Pączki, and they have the best darn breakfast burritos you'll ever try (and those suckers are massive, too!). Want something a little more personalized? You can even get custom donuts done for an event or your sporting team. I've even gotten dairy free donuts for an event and they were a bigger hit than the others! They can make anything delicious! Seriously the best little gem Billings has to offer.

Donuts were delicious, I would have liked my latte a little sweeter but know I am the odd man out. When we pulled up and there were 4 cop cars out front I knew we would not be dissapointed.
