Proof Donuts & Coffee

We live in MN and drive out of our way when traveling to stop here for the fried rice breakfast bowl. All of the food is delicious, and we have never been let down. Their menu is creative and it’s fun to try their rotating donut selection. You can tell that this business utilizes attention to detail and good quality ingredient selection.

As former donut shop owners, we had to leave a review saying how phenomenal these donuts are!! We ordered a dozen and a half to make sure we had enough for 8 people and believe me, that was way more than enough. The donuts are good sized with lots of delicious topping and fillings. The fact that they use major butter cream instead of maple dip icing is what totally made my husband's day! That's what we did in our shop and he gets so excited to find a donut shop that does that. Thank you for the amazing donuts and we will definitely get more donuts the next time we are in town.

Delicious donuts and breakfast options. It is rather busy but the line moves fast! Most employees working in back look like they hate working there based on their very long faces but *shrug* the food is absolutely killer ✨

It's the favorite donut shop for my friends'kids. Went there for coffee and donuts and was not disappointed. Donuts were great. Had to take some home. The atmosphere was fun. Service was friendly. Would recommend it to others. But I think the word has already gotten out. Fun place.

It's a cute donut shop that also serves breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Portions are big and very tasty. The iced coffee was amazing.

Very busy place and it’s because it’s so good. Waited in line for a bit and our burritos were slow to come out but worth the wait.

Ordered a jelly filled doughnut. The filling was different and really good. The consistency and flavor of the doughnut was really good.

The meat-rito breakfast burrito was fantastic. I got the chorizo and made it primo without the spinach. Super tasty and the spicy mayo was a fantastic addition. Loved this burrito. Little Tabasco on top and it was superb. The tortilla had a nice crisp to the outside. It’s a LARGE burrito and was easy to hold and eat.

Awesome stop! Their burrito was big enough to split and very delicious. Got jelly filled and coconut creme filled donuts, and they were very good, too! The white chocolate mocha was well priced and very yummy. Definitely didn't leave hungry.

The staff were fun and attentive. It was clean and comfortable inside. Love their spunk and overall vibe for this place — definitely worth the stop!
