I ordered Nachos with the chips on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy, I didn’t even get the chips let alone my cilantro rice or my pickled onions. I called the store and they said they would mail me a free entree to make it right, I never received the free entree. I then in turn emailed the store and was told they were very sorry and they would now mail two free entrees and I still to this day haven’t seen any of them. Qdoba used to be great but their service has gone down hill tremendously!! I don’t even want to give them one star to be honest!!

I enjoy QDOBA. I will never return to this one. They do not offer the Military discount. Every other qdoba I have been to has offered the same discount. Hope the “owners” change how they view our veterans. I emailed them with no response. Very unfortunate

Had a pickup order and they forgot our drink and then tried to argue with us saying it was already on the bag. Got home with our food and they forgot the bag of chips for our nachos and the rice was undercooked. We called and they asked if we could come pick some chips and we were unable to so we were trying to see if they would refund us and they told us they couldn’t do anything. We asked for the managers name and they told us they couldn’t give that out.

Me and my boyfriend are violently sick shitting our brains out after eating here. I’m fr bouta contact my lawyer bc idk what yall did to the food yesterday. I will never eat here again and I suggest you avoid it too. Pretty sure they are serving expired food products.

I’ve been going to Qdoba pretty consistently since they opened and I have to say their quality is always top notch, service on point, friendly and attentive. Quality food product at a reasonable price.

Great food. "Hot food" got to watch the cook bring food straight from the grill to the line. ( so cool) not holding for hrs in a sham....

Qdoba is our favorite fast food go to place. We always do well going here. We were disappointed with the serving size at this location. The people were great and friendly, but the portions were tiny! Our bowls weren't even half full. I usually struggle finishing and downed mine in a few minutes and was still hungry, so we went somewhere else to eat. Bummer.

I hadn’t been in a while and Kirby was both patient and very quick. It took me a few seconds to figure out what I wanted, and then when it came to toppings she had to explain a lot as well.

She quickly explained everything while making my food, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, nor did she look anything but happy we came.

You’ve all had that dining experience where somebody is rushing you while looking annoyed, but I don’t think I’ll ever have that experience here.

Even with all our questions the line moved quickly and we had our dinner in no time.

Also, there weren’t any extra charges for anything. queso, regular cheese, guacamole, extra salsa, and the burrito was the same price.

The employees are nice, the place is clean, and you don’t need to consult your financial advisor about whether or not to have guacamole. Super cool.

After years of not having Qdoba i finally moved to a place that has Qdoba i placed a mobile order for the first time but i could NOT order sauce or tortilla on the side i had extreme anxiety going in there i stood in line because i didn’t wanna cut anyone off i wanted my turn i watched the girl be nice TO EVERYONE ahead of me this was at 5:23 Pm king ave location, i went up and her attitude had completely changed it just felt… a little off in a colored brown person and there isn’t many colored people where i live she just came off completely rude, I asked her for the tortilla told her i had a mobile order she literally cut me off and said “it’s over there” and i said i know but i just need to get a tortilla i couldn’t order it online i was gknna ask for more sauce but i couldn’t because of how rude she was. She gave me the tortilla and told her worker “i guess she couldn’t ORDER IT ONLINE” and i think that’s completely unprofessional i was willing to pay for it. She was wearing glasses i asked for. a name and it was refused

I love Qdoba! They seem to be a better value for money over some other chains. I've never been disappointed with portions or flavor. The staff is always super friendly and I think they still serve breakfast here which is really good would really recommend this for keto goers as well. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try, worried they might close soon though because of a not so great location.
