Same experience at every qdoba, good atmosphere and everyone friendly. Unfortunately this specific location has so.e issues with the food. Not sure what did it, I got the chicken and basically everything in a burrito, and ended up with horrible food poisoning. Never had a bad qdoba experience but unfortunately this does need to be posted

I order on the app and it didn’t redeem my rewards right. The employee told me that if it’s on the app that it’s my problem. Didn’t try to help. The customer service is terrible. I’ll stick to chipotle and Cafe Rio.

OnYourSide Absolutely

Very good portion size. The pickles onions were too tasty. The staff was friendly and not hesitant to give handful of all items you ask. I really liked it. The hot cheese sauce is must try. Will definitely recommend.

Food wasn't just outstanding. But it satisfied me. Employee started our order then forgot about the person in front of us so had to pause to finish theirs. Oops. They must have been training someone because service was little slow and there seemed to be one who was just in the way and not helping. It is pretty neat that they have the option for a smaller bowl as I wasn't super hungry but needed to get something small in my stomach.

Kid name Marley is just an absolute beast out there on the floor. He just controls the pace so well and facilitates for his peers, just so impressed by his work ethic, teamwork and decision making definitely the best worker I’ve ever witnessed.

Workers are very rude. Go to pick up an order in the picn up area. Girl was cleaning floor in area she glares at me then continues to talk trash to her co worker. Grade f customer service.

Food is decent, eaten here before. 0/10 would not recommend. Service is terrible, if you aren't walking up to the counter don't even bother and even then be prepared to have to repeat yourself and be wrung up wrong or talked down to when you're upset at waiting 20-30 minutes for a to go order. There are far better options in Billings, pick a different one because this one SUCKS
