We went here for a friend's birthday lunch. The server was very friendly and gave good menu suggestions. The staff was attentive and quick, and they sang to my friend. We ordered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. We all enjoyed our experience. Thanks Red Lobster for a great lunch!

I paid for a 50+ dollar meal and all my food was cold. I had a first time waitress and she was ok but I would of thought a more seasoned employee would check in with us. I won't be going back anytime soon.

After a not so good experience last Saturday , honest … The GM took the time to give me a call this morning . Her name is Amber .. she was so nice & very understanding .. and instead of me bashing or being mean, a honest conversation was had & it is a learning lesson … I will be taking my daughter back in & we will be trying our experience again . This time with a better understanding a few thanks .

Simone at Red Lobster was terrific! We had a group of 9 for a birthday for my mother in law. Simone was patient with us when ordering and checked on us often after being served. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. I appreciate the professionalism from all of the staff at Red Lobster in Billings MT.

Simone was terrific, the air conditioning in winter is inappropriate, we had to keep our coats on. The crab legs were a pain to get the little crab meat in them. Certainly not worth the high price. Lobster bisque left alot to be desired, Simone was kind to exchange it for clam chowder. Not likely to return any time soon.
