Our server was great and attentive. My tiny lobster tail was overcooked and dry, the steak was mediocre. The crab boil was good. Just took extremely long for food to come out of the kitchen.
Was so yummy. Loved the crab and unending New England crab chowder soup was perfect for a cold day.

Server was attentive and awesome. Manager was a great help. Food was very slow getting to our table, but everything else was top notch for our visit.

We had not been to a Red Lobster in awhile and were driving through and thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed and can cross it off as a dining g option.
It started off great...were greeted by a friendly waitress, brought our drinks and bread quickly. Salads came out timely....and then it went downhill from there. She went AWOL. We waited over 45 minutes for entrees, finally we asked another waitress to please find ours or find out what happened to our food...the other waitress informed us THE MGR said they were waiting on my salmon. 15 min later our waitress brings our entrees, apologizes and brings more bread....as if that somehow makes up for the waiting.
My husband's Uktimate Feast obviously had sat under the heat lamp while they figured out my salmon. The Brussel sprouts, that were a $3.50 upcharge mind you, also had been under the heat lamp as they were lukewarm and dried out. Since the Mgr was aware of the waiting, I was surprised he never showed to ask how everything was....
Also, the new menu is overly convoluted and I think having sides of broccoli and 2 forms of potatoes or rice as your only offering of side WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE as ridiculous. A side salad with a $3.99 unchanged is crazy....
Nope, we're done...a $100 for rubbery lobster and shrimp and dried Brussels sprouts i paid extra for and the awful service...not coming back for more...sorry Red Lobster ya lost a customer...

Worst steak ever. So full of grisle and raw when i ordered medium. Two bites of lobster. Don't think I got butter as it was tasteless. Don't think I will be back.

We used to go to red lobster all the time, but we had a bad experience a while back and had not been there for some time so we decided to try it again today. And I will say, with the most regret, I wish we had not wasted our time or our money.
We were seated and waited a very long time before our waitress even came over to ask for a drink order of which it was easily 15 to 20 minutes later before she returned with just our waters and another 15 or 20 minutes before my daughter and my husband received their beverages. We received 3 cold biscuits about 20 minutes after we sat down. The waitress finally came back over after an extensive amount of time to finally take our order. I honestly don't know how long it was before we finally got our food. We asked many times if we could get more biscuits while we waited never got them. After she did drop the food off she never returned to ask how things were. We had splurged because we were celebrating for a couple of events. Our lobster tails were beyond overcooked and like chewing rubber, my crab legs were ice cold. My husband's boil was not the seasoning he ordered. The broccoli was mush. The salmon was so overcooked and dry. The food was so overcooked, dry and cold. And even extra disappointing, it was such a long wait that even after having been in the restaurant for almost 2 hours we NEVER got any more biscuits. It was only when we were leaving and we asked one last time for at least a biscuit to take with our take home that we finally got a biscuit. We were charged extra for things that never received! Not good!!!!!
The service Terrible!
The price we paid for overcooked or cold food absolutely not worth it!
When I have a $200 meal for a party of 3, we should be wowed!!! WAS WOWED BUT IT WAS ABOUT HOW DISAPPOINTING IT WAS!!!!
I can say our days of dining at red lobster probably will never happen again, because that's 2 times in a row now that we have spent a lot of money on a not good meal and experience!
And there was probably well over half if not more of the restaurant was empty so it is not that they were busy!!!

Wait staff was very nice and it was clean but not busy. We went at 4:30 pm. They forgot our cheddar biscuits and I had to remind them and we finally got them when we were almost done with the meal. Drinks took a bit longer than necessary considering it was mostly empty.

Took the wife there for her birthday and she spent the rest of her birthday sick we ordered the spentless shrimp and the worst meal we ever had will never eat there again the shrimp was burnt on one side and hard on the other definitely not worth 100.00 meal had the stuffed mushrooms and they tasted fishy one hr after leaving there my wife was sick couldn't even get off toilet never again
Got seated quick. Got our drinks quick. Our appetizer was gross. It tasted real fishy, the biscuits were to doughy and our shrimp scampi was hard on one side and cold on the other. My husband took here for my birthday dinner and it was bad
The food was over cooked, and everything tasted the same. I love red lobster, my favorite place to eat, but last night was a big disappointment. Even the waitress was walking around yawning, ask for butter for biscuits, cshe brought melted butter. Had to ask for tarter sauce and cocktail sauce, she brought I small container of each, none for my husband so we shared. We both had the admirals feast, that's what we always get. Traveled fifty miles for dinner, I won't go back.

We tried to eat at Red Lobster last night - we arrived just after 5:30p to a pretty quiet parking lot and restaurant. No hostess at the front, so we waited - we could see folks dining at a few of the tables near the front and a waitress brought food to them, looked our way but didn’t acknowledge us - ok she’s busy, so we continued to wait. Soon after a waitress grabbed something from the wait station maybe 15 feet from us like drink coasters and put them in her pocket - made eye contact with us but turned away from us - she didn’t acknowledge us or say anything at all. My husband and I looked at each other pretty surprised- we got the impression we were not welcome.
