Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had the California chicken sandwich and it was good. Sweet potato fries were yummy too. We go here with my mom whenever we're in town. Service was a little slow this time but still friendly and the food was hot.

Was charged 18% gratuity for having 8 people in our party. Took way to long to get our food. Had to ask another server what was taking so long. Our server didn't bring drink refills and someone else brought our dinner. NOT HAPPY!! It was a birthday dinner.

Specifically asked for a well done burger. Knew it was undercooked from how fast it came from the kitchen, but my daughter doesn't like confrontation so I just ate as much as I could stomach. Very empty but still took to long for a waitress to wander by. Been there before and was much better, just a bad day maybe?

Seems like it was understaffed during lunch today. My wife and I stopped by to place a Togo order only to be told we had to order from the counter behind the hostess. We stood for 5 minutes and then left.

Red Robin experience was great! Our hostess, Ady was very friendly and sat us within 5 minutes, and she seems to do very well under pressure. It is always nice to walk into a restaurant and be greeted by a kind host/hostess! The rest of the service was great, and the food was even better!

Hostess Ady sat us in the waiting area for 15 minutes. We were the only ones waiting. She stands at the station with us the entire time, then sits us at a table 2 feet from the entrance that had been empty the entire time we had been waiting. The table was dripping wet, I had to go grab cloths to wipe it down myself. Food was good, but not worth the other inconvenience.
