On the contrary, it is you who should be concerned, given your business practices involve compensating employees in cash and avoiding taxes. Our decision not to express concerns does not imply a lack of awareness. Today's incident, in which you pointed at my wife while she was dining peacefully, was unacceptable. Why did you choose not to involve law enforcement? You are aware that your practices violate labor laws, as you compensate employees under the table and evade taxes. Will you be reporting yourself to the authorities? Or should I? Calvin, you crossed a line today. Calvin, the owner of Samurai, has been compensating employees under the table and seems to believe it is acceptable and that he can avoid consequences. You will reap what you sow. In my videos, it is clear that Calvin was hesitant to call the authorities when I mentioned his practice of paying employees in cash only, and I did step out when he told me to leave because I was there to confront him about your behavior towards my wife. Everyone should be aware that Calvin's business SAMURAI practices involve compensating employees in cash and avoiding taxes. I will report you so be prepared , you might get away with the ones working with you currently but not with me .

I went to Samurai for my 27th birthday and it was definitely the best hibachi I have ever had, and just overall best experience ever. The food was great and the atmosphere even better! They really did it up for my birthday and I had the best time. I am so happy I celebrated here!!! Thank you!

I get it. Your truck didn't arrive with product for meals. Instead of apologizing and substituting several things, Albertsons and Target are right down the street. No been sprouts so cabbage was substituted. No Vietnamese mint so it was substituted with cilantro. No eel sauce, so sweet & sour sauce was substituted. Normally, we get salad with onion dressing. Nope. That was not an option. Yet, we were still charged full price for EVERYTHING!!! We will likely not return to Samurai. I said this before when they didn't have air conditioning, but I still returned. Not this time. The servers were very disorganized. There was a problem in the kitchen so we were shuffled off to another host. We were served by three or four girls. We felt like we were their tips and that was it. Where is the personable attitude? Hopefully, the new addition to your restaurant helps out. The value here has gotten weak. What a letdown.

This place was delicious! Such a fun hibachi grill experience! Our cook Max put on a great show and made us some delicious food. My husband did the steak and shrimp and I did the filet mignon. Highly recommend! We will be back!
been to umi probably 50 times and been disappointed 48 out of the 50. had a reservation for 7:15 without knowing they closed at 8. the owner was very pleased to serve us. ended up being the cook as he saw they where busy! 100% will be back and never again to umi :). food was perfect as well
