DO NOT ORDER OUT FROM THEM! If they mess your order up and you try calling to tell them, they talk amongst themselves and then hang up on you. And good luck getting them back on the phone, they pick up and hang up immediately! Completely mind blowing how unprofessional they are! Sad too when the food was great the first time around! No business deserves to thrive behaving in this manner!!

The food wasnt very good, they screwed up half the order, they remade it but never brought it back to the table. I had to go ask the cashier. She hands me a to go bag?? I said what you dont want me to eat here? Her response is a nervous laugh. I guess they didnt want me to see what the food looked like. FYI it looked unappetizing enough I never ate it.

Had dinner last night- it was excellent!!! The portions were very generous, and the beans and rice were spot on!!! I’ll be coming back often!! Give them a try!! 😊

People give these folks a try.
I travel 1000’s of miles throughout North and Central America and I look for good Mexican food. This place has it figured out. It’s REALLY good with loads of authentic flavors. Go support these guys and girls.

I ordered a Pollo asado with rice and beans and they sent me a chicken burrito and when I called the gentleman he was rude saying that thas what I payed for and that I order that. I explained to him that in the menu no were it said that it was a burrito but he was being so rude and said that it wasent his problem and that he couldn't do anything about it. If I would of known that it was a burrito I wouldn't have order it.

My order was NOT what I ordered. The ticket was correct. The burrito was completely wrong. I ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. What I bit into was beef, shrimp, and rice. I'm very disappointed and thankful I'm not allergic to shrimp. I'm out the cost and a hefty tip for the doordash driver, and I never got the correct burrito I ordered. FYI, doordash only refunded a tiny portion of the bill.

We'd heard good things, so gave Santiago's a try. I hope they were training kitchen staff, because it was a terrible experience. They messed up my order, only provided flimsy plastic forks (bent and were useless when trying to spear food), and meal upset my stomach so much that I was sick for 24 hours.

Ordered a shredded beef burrito plate. First bite was nothing but onions and peppers. Second bite was the same. Cut it open down the middle and there might have been a teaspoon of shredded beef throughout the whole burrito. The side of beans were super salty, and the Spanish rice was gritty, like they seasoned it with sand granules. The grit grinding between my teeth was horrid. I always give a restaurant 2 shots, just in case I ordered something that doesn’t suit my taste. This was the second bad meal.
