So we decided today to go and try out sonic for the first time in a while. And we had found 2 Blue Book coupon for a free single patty cheese burger with any purchase of one equal or GREATER value (this is important) We go and try and use both, for the girls on the other end (in a very nasty tone) to tell us we can only use one. So whatever. She then informs us we can't use the coupon for meals. EVEN THOUGH IT IS GREATER VALUE THEN THE ONE CHEESBURGER Then when we get to the window she continues to have an attitude with us. Kind of in the rush you out kind of way. So anyone who has a Blue Book dont even both using them at Sonic. Because clearly they won't honor what us clearly stated on the coupon itself

Pulled up and after we ordered our food we watched one of the workers taking out the trash puke in the grass by the dumpster. Then he went back to work. Then minutes later he puked again in the parking lot. Wiped off his name tag that was around his neck with his tshirt. As he got closer we could see what looked like sores all over his arms. Not sure how this place is still open. The staff that delivered our food did not smile or anything. Will not be back.

I am a doordash driver so I frequent many restaurants all over town. Also have worked in customer service and restaurants my entire life. I have never had somebody be as rude as Anastasia who was taking orders on the speaker today September 28th at 9:30 in the morning absolutely appalled that somebody would think that they can get away with that I almost canceled the order but I decided that it wasn't the door - customers fault that Anastasia couldn't help but just be blatantly downright rude. Then I called the store because I was trying to speak to a manager about Miss Anastasia and Miss Anastasia answered the phone and told me that the store manager is scheduled at 10:00 but she probably wouldn't be in so don't bother calling. And then she hung up on me. When you tolerate poor quality workers it's a slap in the face to your good quality workers and your customers. If I get another doordash order for Sonic today I will take it and if I get to the speaker in Anastasia's there I will cancel the order every time I'm not just going to be subject to rudeness and ugly attitude for no reason.

Waited exactly 10 minutes at the window for the one meal I ordered. I saw a lady walk out and give the car behind me her food. When I was handed my food it was like I was interrupting their day. Nice to know they can sit at the window drinking their drinks and can’t poke their head out and say “we apologize for the wait”. There were so many onions on the burger I had to open it and wipe 1/2 pound of them away. The food was terribly bland sadly. It was my first time ever at sonic, and my last.

Incredibly unfriendly over drive-thru. I got chili cheese tots which tasted okay at first but eventually just make you feel sick and heavy. I also got the double smashburger lacking major flavor in the patties. Was just overall nasty all together. This is definitely the last time I give Sonic a chance on food. Every time I am disappointed.

Echoing Hope K.'s review, the service was frustratingly slow and unapologetic. In addition the food was also disappointing, as a large portion was ordered but delivered cold and with the container only half-full. It seems Sonic is not listening to customer reviews, as this problem has continued for over a year. It's surprising that this business has been able to stay open.
EDIT: I come here often enough to say that I GENUINELY do see a difference in the staff and customer service. MUCH respected and appreciated.💯🙏🏾 (BUT NOW ? I kind of wonder how many ppl edit / delete reviews once they’re satisfied / see a positive change 😆🙃) Manager and staff are ALL friendly people . Thanks for considering your patrons opinions, feelings and experiences 🤟🏾 My food has been cold several times ordering here. After reading the reviews, I’m not sure why I took the chance to eat here. People are gone sick… I’ve gotten sick… I am waiting 45-1 hour for tater tots and a chicken wrap and 20 mins for a slushie …… They’re so unprofessional and so disgusting and rude. They seem to think it’s OK to deliver people’s food whenever they want to. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I kept coming to this place. Corporate doesn’t respond. They give some generic response and tell you to contact the owner and they don’t take responsibility or accountability for things going on in there franchise. Don’t allow people to use your business name if you’re not going to correct the problem. As much time that I’ve wasted on this place sitting in line, as much money as I’ve wasted on food that I’ve gotten sick from? It’s ridiculous. You would think you’d be met halfway or at least with an actual sincere apology. Not some bull crap response on a Google review.
