Good coffee but the employees are incredibly rude. If we had other options close to us then we would have left. We were told to hurry up and treated as a nuisance as we took time to decide what we wanted. Better customer service is necessary for this place.

This was the best Starbucks I have been in and ran like a well oil machine. It had a fabulous staff! It was joyful to watch them work in sync with each other. They were very friendly n helpful! We bought so many drink it would take to long to list. LOL! But each drink was sips of perfection n a cup!
We witnessed yet again a barista ninja who made so many drinks flawlessly. It blew my mind to watch!
The store was nice n clean, lots of parking!

On your birthday you get a free drink if you have the app, I showed them my app and proof it was my birthday. The lady said if there is nothing in my rewards then I couldn’t get a free drink even though on the app it says you can get a free drink on your birthday. So I had to pay for my drink when it was supposed to be a birthday freebie.

So there I was about to save the day after I got my coffee at Starbucks. BUT now I don't have the energy to save the day because I got a whip cream with a whisper of coffee. I usually never have issues with this location. But for $8 it's a issue. #citybrew

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The store is clean, the drive through goes smoothly, and the staff is always friendly, quick, and helpful.
But I especially want to give a shoutout to Lolo and the team this morning. There was another Ann that came to pick up an order and was accidentally given my brownie, but Lolo got me another one and even warmed it for me. I did feel bad though because she kept apologizing for the mistake, even though it wasn’t even that big of a deal.

Appreciative crew following a formal manager I met today, standing before the crew each and every time I’ve been respected and honored. I’m 22 business prospect, they don’t know but I graduated from shepherd a few miles away. Thank goodness for this community.

Out of all the locations in town, this one is totally my favorite. I've stopped in only about a handful of times and they're great with recognition! Lola and Clara are always on a roll without making you feel rushed, good vibes, thank you!

Friendly folks. Nice shop typical off any Starbucks. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and consistent. I stopped going for my morning coffee after getting lukewarm coffee 3 days in a row.
