I’ve been going to this location every once in a while for a couple years now. Never had issues and have gotten to know some of the baristas by name. However, there have been an handful of instances with an employee named Juliette, she is very clearly not inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community. She is rude and very impatient with me every time, despite me trying to be kind. A couple of my friends from MSU (up the street) have unfortunately had very similar experiences. Discrimination isn’t cute and I hope this store pulls itself together.

I come here almost everyday, i was here this morning before my clinical and placed an order before walking in, took almost 10-15 minutes to make but that’s okay, when i got it, it was not what i wanted. I don’t like to complain and make them make it again but if i pay 8$ for my coffee i Atleast want it the way i like. It had three inch thick hot foam, and i can’t drink my coffee like that i gag, so i told the barista about it and she said ok she will fix it, it has never been a problem before with Starbucks but i was like ok but i can bet they never made it again and gave me the same cup, i walked out and there was the foam again. I didn’t want to argue and i was running late, i just wanted a coffee, it’s not that HARD. so i just ended up getting a cold coffee so i don’t deal with foam at all. I walked all the way to get a cofffe before my day and thanks for ruining it and not even trying. I felt so bad, i was already have a bad day and the drink was supposed to be my emotional support but nope.

I just want to shout out Max, ( or Mads sorry if i missheard!) I just moved here and I've been to this Starbucks 3 times and she made the effort to remember my name and order already! Definitely my favorite location because of her and she deserves everything amazing coming go her

Max was fantastic! Great service and drink quality but he was so nice to my dog Bean when he gave him his pup cup. I hope Max is our barista next time too!

I am here frequently and have a few cups of coffee and get my emails answered and just relax for a little while. Today I however was 17 cents short for my coffee and was just going to get an ice water and leave. I was refused an ice water because I wasn't purchasing anything. This is the first time I have had anyone here be so blatantly rude to my face and I hope it won't be that way again.
