Friendly folks. Nice shop typical off any Starbucks. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and consistent. I stopped going for my morning coffee after getting lukewarm coffee 3 days in a row.

I work downtown, so I visit this location often, and I absolutely love the service. The baristas are so friendly and professional! I drove across town with my family to get coffee at this location on a weekend and found that the weekend crew isn't as fun and friendly as the weekday crew.

I use to go to Starbucks on Northside not anymore because I ask for dragon fruit coconut milk and foam on top an they just put dragon fruit an foam no coconut milk so ima start going to the one on grand I told them bout it but they keep doing it I choose coconut milk because I'm lactose an plus I love Starbucks it just sucks because I live on the Northside but I'll go on grand to have it made right I love Starbucks please fix this so I can go back I go to Starbucks everyday

I don’t frequent this location often, but most of my visits here have been positive. I just had to write a review because the gentleman working the window around 1 p.m. on 09/22 provided outstanding customer service that deserves recognition. Even half-decent customer service is rare anymore, but this guy exceeded my expectations! Instead of simply closing the window, standing there silently, or engaging in that awkward/uncomfortable small talk (you know the type), he stayed by the window and chatted with me while I waited for my coffee. It made me forget I was even having to wait a moment for my drink, which was good as well! I even left with some newfound Starbucks knowledge!Of course, I've had the occasional bad coffee or encountered staff members who seemed standoffish, but these negative experiences have been rare at this location. Kudos to them because, unlike some other locations, they consistently deliver a good customer experience.

Drove through just now, ordered a couple coffees. Gentleman working the drive thru repeated order back to me and I corrected him, telling him that I’d ordered a drink as a venti instead of a tall. He abruptly said that’s what he had said. I proceeded to get handed a tall drink ?
