Went early in the morning and was greeted by Antonio the barista who was warm and friendly and quick to take our order! Order was made quickly and correctly and as leaving the staff made sure to wish us a great day!

Absolutely 💯 amazing employees who love their jobs and are very friendly and truly want to get to know you. If your drink isn't as expected no problem nobody's perfect & they own it and actually want to know any feedback so they can improve themselves & know how you love it for next time.

Drive through employees are always friendly and willing to fix mistakes on orders. I mistakenly forgot to say lemonade for my refresher and instead was made with water. I pulled in parked and proceeded inside and had no problem getting a replacement. :)

We’ve been everyday for almost a week. Everyday, new friendly barista and our drinks are made the same. I wish I lived closer to this location because the service, the product and the environment is ideal.

I didn’t appreciate the way they were treating me about my service animal. He’s perfectly well behaved and he is a seizure alert dog. I need him because I suffer from seizures and he alerts me when he can feel one coming on. Mind you the store was completely empty and not another soul in the building besides me. The kid behind the counter, not the one taking my order, spoke up and asked me if he was a service animal to where I immediately said yes, and then he gave me a look of condescension. I chose not to explain it to him because I felt disrespected, so I just waited for him to finish his justifications and just nodded my head. but at the same time, I patiently waited for my coffee to finish while stewing about the disrespectful approach. If someone contacts me and makes this right with me, I will change the star rating, but I feel this issue needs to be addressed.

Everything was a decent experience, but the blonde lady at the drive-thru seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was talking like she hated me or just being at work. It made the experience unbearable. I just wanted coffee before work and it just killed my happy morning demeanor. Usually I’d recommend this location but Ill try a different Starbucks if this is the standard for customer service here!
