I got a coffee delivered recently from Starbucks, and I have to say I was a little disappointed. The coffee was good, however the delivery bag I got it in was absolutely soaked, literally dripping with coffee. Surprisingly, I only lost maybe 20 percent, but the employees really need to do a better job making sure coffee doesn't spill out for delivery orders.

Paid for cold foam today and I was given whipped cream - few days ago they gave me a bacon egg sandwich instead of grilled cheese

I do not recommend going later in the evening. I have had the same lady help me twice. She has been rude and super short with me. I have ask how her night was and I have told her “have a great night” I was ignored both times.

I went in the evening to get drinks for the next morning. She ask me if I want room or no room, I didn’t know what that meant and she would not explain it or give me her recommendations. I did not want water down drink so instead I got coffee with extra milk which is practically the same thing. I have tried to still support them because they have a couple menu items I like and the location is convenient. However I will no longer be going there .

I’ve now been served burnt, bitter espresso multiple times between this location and the Starbucks inside Barnes & Noble. This location gave me one burnt brown sugar oatmilk cortado, and the Barnes & Noble Starbucks served me three burnt drinks back-to-back a couple weeks ago. The shots taste severely over-extracted and scorched. Both locations seriously need their equipment adjusted and their baristas retrained, because no cortado should ever taste like it was brewed over a campfire. The rest of my order was good. Food and a pink drink.

Beautiful brand new location. Staff was friendly and the place was spotless. My order was correct and delicious. It was on the way to where I was headed. What more could you ask for? 😊

I go here when I want to spice up my drink selection. 3 out of 4 times I get something wildly different from the grande Pike that I ordered…it keeps it interesting.

Staff is usually quite friendly, however I take my black coffee pretty seriously, so I’ll save the random foo-foo drink for an off day.

Theres nothing like a Cold Brew and Madeleine cakes to refresh my day. Only at Starbucks can I get this! So good. And great service from these people-oriented employees. We'll done!

We watched this place being built for months, excited to see what it might be. The possibilities felt endless. Maybe something new, fun, and actually worthwhile. We were hoping for something cool like a Jack in the Box, or literally anything different for the West End. And then the sign went up… it’s a Starbucks.

Wow. Just what we needed. Another Starbucks.

Billings already has phenomenal local coffee shops worth supporting. Montana spots like Mazevo, City Brew, and Mountain Mudd. Heck, we even got a Scooter’s Coffee recently, and despite being a chain, at least it was something new and different. The last thing we needed was just another soulless corporate coffee chain taking up valuable space.

I did stop in and got a black coffee. It was absolutely awful, bitter, thin, and overpriced.

What a soulless dump.

I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years and a Gold Card member, so I’ve had my share of both great experiences and the occasional mix-up. I placed a mobile order at this location and when I arrived, they had made a cold version of the hot drink I ordered. Honest mistake — but what really impressed me was how they handled it. The barista immediately offered to remake the drink the way I ordered it, no hesitation. And to top it off, they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience — something I’ve never received at any other location, even when there were bigger issues.
