I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be helped, I was the only person in line. Jen, my cashier, didn't look up at me or even acknowledge I was there, she kept wiping down the counter in silence while facing my direction. She knew I was standing there and blatantly ignored me. I don't want to order from such a place that makes the customer feel like a nuisance.

I asked for an Iced London fog. I was given watered down cream without ice and a couple tea bags *unsteeped* bffr. The employees need to be trained better than this. Iced tea with cream and vanilla is the most simple thing I could have asked for.

When they are there they make good drinks, but some of the employees here have a habit of taking 2hr lunch breaks. I shop at this Albertsons because it has a Starbucks, but I'm only able to get a drink maybe 1/3 of the time. I've gone back and checked today and they've been "on lunch" for 3 hours now. It's a regular occurrence in my experience.

This location is located inside Albertson store. I got an Albertson app and clipped a coupon for any starbucks grande size drink for $2. I was disappointed that they didn't accept the app coupon even though it is in Albertson. The drink was okay. I ordered a refresher drink and I thought it was slightly watery. The location is convenient if you want to stop by for a drink and go grocery shopping.

Not only did the lady get our order wrong she made us pay for 4 coffees when we only paid for 3. Wouldn’t reimburse us and walked away. Never again will I stop at this place

My partner went into this shop to buy me a decaf coffee. We are on the road, I have SEVERE allergies to chocolate and caffine, barista was made full aware, but I love the decaf caramel macchiato. My mistake for thinking brand consistency was a key part of Starbucks dlbranding identity. What I got was a caffeinated mocha. My mistake for not double checking. I am now headed to the hospital thank you for the fun evening. Try listening to your customers orders.
