I went through the drive thru and the guy taking the order was super rude and pushy. Then the gal at the window practically threw the coffee at me spilling the hot coffee all over my hand and sweatshirt! Was not even apologized too. This was absolutely the worst I have ever been treated at a fast food place!

I have been in my usual store once. It was clean, quiet and was designed and decorated for casual meet ups, or to just relax enjoy a coffee and read. I order and pickup using drive through. The baristas are pleasant and always ask how your day is going. I have ordered different food items that are tasty but a little overpriced. Hence the three star rating.

So a friend and I visited this location maybe a little over a month ago. I forgot to leave my review until now, cause this kinda just popped back into my head. Anyway, we went through the drive thru and I ordered a drink that had iced in the name. I’m pretty sure it was seasonal and it was called “Iced Sugar Cookie Almond milk Latte” . Anyway we pay and get the drinks and mine is hot. No biggie, I work fast food I get that things happen. So I ask for it to be remade cause I prefer iced. The girl at the window didn’t have a problem with it, just asked us to pull around into the parking lot and come in to get it. Again no biggie. So I park and my friend goes in for me to get it. She comes back and starts telling me that one of the baristas was very rude to her. I do remember the conversation she told me which was “Hello I’m here to get a remade drink from the drivethru” then the barista doesn’t respond and goes and grabs the drink. When she returns she says “Next time tell us you want it iced” with a rude tone. After my friend tells me about this, I get upset because I did my best to be nice about asking for the remake. Like I said, I work fast food, I get it and I also know being kind works better than being rude. So I get out of my car, walk to the drivethru, take a picture of the drink I ordered on the menu, and go inside. I spoke with a manager about it and she was very kind about the situation. I left in a better mood, but still. The reason I’m putting a more negative review is because neither me or my friend deserved to be treated that way. And my poor friend, who is so sweet, actually felt bad about getting the drink remade because of how the barista treated her. She didn’t even want to say anything but both of us get pushed around enough in our lives. So that’s really the only reason I said anything. I mean, the drink had iced in the name and for the barista to be rude about her mistake is just not ok. Even when I’m at work and something happens that isn’t my fault I still try to be nice because that’s how you treat other people. At work or not, Everyone should be treated with kindness. I’m not putting this review here to discourage people from visiting this location. The rest of the staff was great, but it should be noted that we were treated badly for something that wasn’t our fault.

LOL! There is a Starbucks n City Brew on every Conner.

I pick up medical supply’s close by n always stop into get a drink to get me through the rest of the day. The barista are so friendly n make superb drinks. They have been trained well in all areas.

Aweful customer service to say the least. I placed my mobile order for the drive through at 8:41am. Got here in the next 6-9 minutes like it told me to do. Line was super long, not a problem I’ve been a barista before so not their fault. Told them I have here for pickup and gave the order name. They told me to pull forward. Waited in line for another 10 minutes (again not a problem but they have plenty of time to make my drink) when I get to the window the women tries to give me the wrong drink for the car behind me so I let her know the name and she said “can I have you pull around to the front it’s not quite ready yet.” Never had this happen before why is it not ready when I ordered it 20+ minutes ago? Didn’t say anything and just pulled around like I was told. Then I wait in my car for another 10 minutes. At this point I went in I just wanted my drink. The man at the front counter asked for my order and he said the drinks have been sitting here and no one ran them out “sorry.” At this point my cold foam is flat on my drink so I just took it and left. Just irritated that’s all they had to say, didn’t offer to remake or refund me. The mobile app is so it is ready when I go through the drive through. When I was a barista I always thought it was helpful so we didn’t have to deal with taking payment and just hand the drink out. Clearly not at this Starbucks.

I went to my neighborhood Starbucks this morning. I asked for two wraps. I pulled to the window they only have one of the wraps I want. At the window not while I was ordering. So now I have a fast decision if I want to get something else not knowing the price cause that's not what I ordered. He tells me the new total 2 dollars more than the original cost. And I ask him if I can get a discount for your inconvenience of not having what I ordered and having to make a rush decision on what to eat. He proceeds to lie to me saying it was cheaper. Then telling me that they took the cost of the burrito I didn't want off. They did not. In the end I got a burrito that is very spicy, which I asked if it was he said, "oh not at all. Two bites I'm sweating. So whom ever worked the window with a blue poney tail at 12:30 on 9th and grand. 5/6/2024 Should be reminded not to lie to there costumers. And just listen to what the issue is instead of hurrying me along and lying to me.

Witnessed Kayla screaming and throwing a fit and being generally very abusive to the other employees. Was really sad and unfortunate to see this, she clearly needs serious help. Will never return to this location, I feel bad for the other employees there.

I went in for my birthday drink. I got the matcha tea with lavender in a Frappuccino. It was really good! The atmosphere gave me a weird vibe and made me somewhat uncomfortable.

Ordered a basic grande size drink heard girl at window ask the man where it was and they forgot to make it so asked me to pull around. In all I waited 15 mins for it and 7 cars had went through the drive through in the time I sat out front.
