Ordered a mobile at the wrong location, got it made here on the way home, Alex was the partner at the window and was so incredible! Absolutely attentive, helpful, and inquisitive! Made my night having my drink made even though I ordered wrong, and having an incredible barista to speak with and discuss delicious dinner plans! Alex is a great help to starbucks and should be recognized as such!❤️🌟🫶

Red Winged Sky Walker

As a Dasher it sucks here because they don't prepare the order until you arrive. And if it's prepared they wait until you arrive to package it. Benn looking at the customers order for ten minutes now. The larger red head one was the one that checked on me when I arrived and still made me wait. Real dumb after the kind other lady tells me to just check in with someone when I did when I arrive.

Absolutely awful experience with going through the drive-through this morning. When you have a employee screaming at the top of her lungs how bad the customer ahead of her was to more than likely a friend in the drive-through Very, very, very unprofessional. She was overly pushy and rude. I get it people have bad days but very unprofessional. 😡

This Starbucks specifically makes my drinks perfect every time and I always have the sweetest customer service representatives. Today they took care of the difference after paying with a gift card, even when I insisted on paying the rest. The whole team is so thoughtful and considerate every time. Best location in Billings by far!

Almost every time I go through the drive thru at this location I have to repeat my order 3-4 times! Please Starbucks, if you greet the customer and ask what they would like at the speaker box, pay attention and take the order! If you are not ready just then don’t ask “what can I get for you?” I assume you are ready.

Very rude and uninterested staff who act annoyed when they finally get around to finishing their texts to take your order. The bathrooms and lobby are filthy and unkept. They could use some better training and the coffee is sub par as well. City Brew is much better for customer service and they have better coffee, plus they actually clean their bathrooms.

Horrible staff here is condescending and rude. Whatever training their staff has needs to be improved, they are also disrespectful and seem uninterested in helping customers. Go to City Brew, Mazevo, Blacksmith, Marble Coffee Co or Black Dog for loads better coffee and loads better service from higher quality employees.

I went through the drive thru and the guy taking the order was super rude and pushy. Then the gal at the window practically threw the coffee at me spilling the hot coffee all over my hand and sweatshirt! Was not even apologized too. This was absolutely the worst I have ever been treated at a fast food place!

I have been in my usual store once. It was clean, quiet and was designed and decorated for casual meet ups, or to just relax enjoy a coffee and read. I order and pickup using drive through. The baristas are pleasant and always ask how your day is going. I have ordered different food items that are tasty but a little overpriced. Hence the three star rating.

So a friend and I visited this location maybe a little over a month ago. I forgot to leave my review until now, cause this kinda just popped back into my head. Anyway, we went through the drive thru and I ordered a drink that had iced in the name. I’m pretty sure it was seasonal and it was called “Iced Sugar Cookie Almond milk Latte” . Anyway we pay and get the drinks and mine is hot. No biggie, I work fast food I get that things happen. So I ask for it to be remade cause I prefer iced. The girl at the window didn’t have a problem with it, just asked us to pull around into the parking lot and come in to get it. Again no biggie. So I park and my friend goes in for me to get it. She comes back and starts telling me that one of the baristas was very rude to her. I do remember the conversation she told me which was “Hello I’m here to get a remade drink from the drivethru” then the barista doesn’t respond and goes and grabs the drink. When she returns she says “Next time tell us you want it iced” with a rude tone. After my friend tells me about this, I get upset because I did my best to be nice about asking for the remake. Like I said, I work fast food, I get it and I also know being kind works better than being rude. So I get out of my car, walk to the drivethru, take a picture of the drink I ordered on the menu, and go inside. I spoke with a manager about it and she was very kind about the situation. I left in a better mood, but still. The reason I’m putting a more negative review is because neither me or my friend deserved to be treated that way. And my poor friend, who is so sweet, actually felt bad about getting the drink remade because of how the barista treated her. She didn’t even want to say anything but both of us get pushed around enough in our lives. So that’s really the only reason I said anything. I mean, the drink had iced in the name and for the barista to be rude about her mistake is just not ok. Even when I’m at work and something happens that isn’t my fault I still try to be nice because that’s how you treat other people. At work or not, Everyone should be treated with kindness. I’m not putting this review here to discourage people from visiting this location. The rest of the staff was great, but it should be noted that we were treated badly for something that wasn’t our fault.

LOL! There is a Starbucks n City Brew on every Conner.

I pick up medical supply’s close by n always stop into get a drink to get me through the rest of the day. The barista are so friendly n make superb drinks. They have been trained well in all areas.
