I love starbucks but I hate this location. Worst by far in town for service and mobile orders. The only location to turn off mobile ordering because they can't do it right! They always mess up my orders and make basic drinks that suck. Downtown is such better service and drinks maybe send the heights employees down there to train and learn to read how a ticket is ordered because we pay for all the extra things you leave out or neglect to add because your inconvenienced to read! Then you pay for a large drink to get it 3/4 full come on you can dp better

Absolutely zero sense of hurry- watching the baristas was sad. Pulling one ticket at a time then slowly making the drink then staring at a screen to mark it off is dumb. 15min wait for two drinks (two drink that were the same might I add). Stupid Slow. When only one other person was in the lobby. Trust me I know drive is the focus but your times must really suck even for drive. City brew manages to have only two baristas at specific stores and still managed to have a sense of hurry and respect for people’s time. Wouldn’t take the time to come to this particular location again.

Least friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Stood at the counter for 5min or more , while people looked at me and said nothing. Drink sat on counter in front of me the whole time (I deliver) I finally someone says who are you picking up for, and then they say oh looks like we're just finishing up the food. Which is a plastic container of food, no cooking.

Came here before 7:30 and there was cars still in the lot so I went to the drive thru and there was no response when we pulled around the building all of the cars were gone

Yesterday my wife and I dropped by here quick to grab some coffee. We ended up waiting for over 15 minutes as we watched people who had arrived after us get their orders before us. We were told that a bunch of mobile orders came in. For whatever reason, those have a higher priority than face to face customers. Beyond that, the drinks were horrible and tasted nothing like what we ordered. This has been a very evident issue with Starbucks at locations outside of this as well. Glad classy n sassy and city brew exist, we won't be wasting money, but especially time at Starbucks again.
