The north side Starbucks forgot my pumpkin cold foam so I was in the heights and they had no problem fixing my drink! Best customer service I really appreciated them cause everyone knows the morning coffee is a very important part of the morning! Thank you for fixing a mistake that wasn’t yours to fix ! 1000/10

For the most part good but it seems there has been at least two times that I’ve ordered a toffee latte and I get a plain latte it’s like they hear coffee and not toffee . I’m not sure why they struggled with that.

I come ehere every day, every day and they never put enough ice in a single drink, you revive your drink with a few floating on the top and way to much milk. I’d love to get some consistency here, it’s causing me to go to another Starbucks at this point. The ice is a huge issue and then there’s one brunette female in the drive through that’s younger and just rude. Zero consistency here and it forced me to write this due to the ongoing frustration.
