Got a hot white chocolate mocha with whipped cream and they left about 2.5” worth of space at the top. I get that the whipped cream melts, but that should only leave maybe an inch of space at the top. Wasted my money today ordering a grande when they gave me at most a tall cups worth of my drink. I usually am happy with my pickup orders here, but I guess the morning crew is off their game today.

Ordered coffee sat for 40 mins refused to warm or remake so extra hot coffee got ice cold was gross , service person that called was unmoving and unkind. I will be switching coffee company Starbucks has really gone down hill , customer service terrible , what a waste of 50.00

I just needed to share so no one else goes through this. This Starbucks does not do pick up orders even though the app says you can do an in-store pickup. I was late for my appointment because I couldn't get my order like I requested and had to go through the drive-thru and it was very long which is why I did the in-store pickup in the first place because I was on my way to an appointment. I called even and they said I had to wait in line or get a refund through the app but there was no option to get a refund through the app. I told them at the speaker I was there to pick up my order gave them my name got up to the window and my order wasn't even ready. It was an Americano. I showed them my app showing in-store pickup so they can fix it and no one really seemed to care. It was not a good experience. And it made it a very stressful experience trying to get to my appointment on time.

Looked and saw that this “mall” store was outside across the parking lot from the mall. Walked over there on a HOT day trying to get a cool drink. When we got there, there was a sign that the indoors was “temporarily” shut (sorry for the inconvenience), but the drive thru window remains open…. Walked there, but they said they can’t serve walk ups to the window (we have NO car, only our bicycles…. Super, super weak. Disappointed in Starbucks for allowing this type of “experience” at one of their locations…

First of all, the lady snatched the money out of my hand when I asked for an extra pump of sugar - I say please and thank you and proceed to get no response ; that isn’t a surprise these days - but I’ve always have nice and respectful workers at the other locations so I go to try to walk in because there website clearly states that they are open dine-in /drive thru and delivery and when I walk up to the door I try to open it and it’s locked and they have a sign that says they are a drive thru only location and make me stand outside of a locked door after having to walk up to the drive thru window and politely ask them to correct my drink that was made incorrectly. If you’re gonna be drive thru only then y’all should put that on your f ing website & thanks for great service.
