I placed an online order of 1 dozen chocolate chip cookies for my mother 3 hours ahead of time. A gal called 30 mins before pickup and told me she only had 9. I told her it was for my Mother's birthday, and she immediately agreed to bake 1 dozen chocolate chip cookies fresh for her.
If I would have had my wallet, I would've given her a good tip. But I didn't. =( So a 5 star review is the least I can do. Thank you!!!!

Came in with my brother for happy Gilmore cups and the staff are the most friendliest people I have met and treat us like family however they did not do that great of a job with the food…they kinda just threw stuff on unevenly and didn’t cut bread evenly, my bread is a little more than toasted and didn’t make a great experience I’m sure if I asked for a remake they would have but there were really chatty and was distracted which I loved super nice people but I think they can put in more effort on making the food.

I’ve always had Elizabeth be fast and give great service when I come to this subway, however, she seems to always be by herself during the evening rush. Even though she is by herself, she does a fantastic job but could probably use another employee there to help close the day out.

The guy who always tells everyone he's been working for subway for 11 years is draining all happy energy as soon as you walk in the door , the care he has while making you're sandwich makes you want to change your mind on even eating it.

IF I COULD GOVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I TOTALLY WOULD!!! The guy that helped me at this location was a total jerk!! As he was making the sandwiches he could not stop staring at people outside! He was so sloppy with making them too! The vegetables were brown and mixed and all gross! When I got to pay it was 40 dollars for 3 sandwiches! As he made them he said do you want extra meat? Not telling me it was 3.20 more. And after I paid I rounded up the 3 cents to make it even and when he looked he said “ Thanks for the tip it helps a lot!” Being rude and sarcastic. So after I paid I went out to my car and looked at the receipt and it was 40 dollars because I got charged 10 extra dollars for the 2 pieces of meat for each sandwich. I went back in to ask about it and ask if I could get a refund and the sandwiches remade because I was not informed I was going to be charged that much for it and the guy rudely said no because I already paid and he couldn’t refund it. And as I walked out he laughed at me as I walked out. All in all DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

If I could give a big fat ZERO I WOULD! JON was a very rude and disrespectful person as well as Customer service. He treated me as though I was a vagrant! I told him I was going to do a review on his behavior and he said ," I don't care." There's people writing in on him as well for reviews because he is NOT IT!!? Im a local google guide now and I'm going to let EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE WONDERFUL JON!!

Stopped in on a road trip and had a really good sub! Jon was super nice and friendly! He realized I was from out of town and gave me some fun recommendations on stuff to check out while I was in the area. You don’t get good service like that in most places anymore.
I came during lunch rush, the store was clean! Jon was wonderful, I was in line for a minute, and my sandwich tasted wonderful! He is so kind, and made me feel welcome. I definitely will be coming back to this location again! Thank you Jon.

Sub builder didn't cut the sub in half pretty sure you don't need to much traing for that. When I walked out he said something to the local area supervisor and they laughed guess I know what now ?
