While the old lady doesn't know how to talk to customers the dudes are on point and some of the best customer service I have met. Go way above and beyond.

The lady that worked on 9/29/25 evening shift was rude, did not pay attention, she put jalapeños on my sandwich when I did not want them on there. On my boyfriend's sandwich she put too much garlic aoile.
She then was rude again after my boyfriend left her a tip. My boyfriend comes here often and stated that was a messy sandwich and was very disappointed. I myself did not enjoy anything about this experience.

Fast and efficient, we came in before a huge rush and the ladies working were on top of it! Special shout out to Jamie for nailing everyone's order, she was a real Rockstar! I did not catch the 2nd ladies name, but both were friendly and punctual, store was clean and the food was great!

I arrived at 1940 and there was no one inside, worker or otherwise, during business hours. I waited for a few minutes and what sounded like a phone alarm started going off every few seconds. Eventually left because no one came out of the back to take my order. Was disappointed.

Went in on September 10th ordered a meatball sub and a ham and cheese sandwich. Meatballs on my sandwich were so cold after taking a few bites. Threw it away and now for some reason I’m sick this morning. And my wife threw her sandwich away because it was not done properly. Wishing I would’ve spent $20 elsewhere.

I usually go into the store several days a week in the evenings. I went into the store today at about 5pm and they were very busy.The young man and woman were both extremely professional and got the orders out quickly. It was a pleasure leaving a tip. Keep up the great work!!!

Very disappointed first off they where out of bread and my chicken bacon ranch had no bacon at all on it! If I would have known I would of canceled my order flat bread isn't what I wanted. Worst service ever. Will not be back! They had my email and phone number could of let me know. Don't use the app ever! You will get burned
