Went in on September 10th ordered a meatball sub and a ham and cheese sandwich. Meatballs on my sandwich were so cold after taking a few bites. Threw it away and now for some reason I’m sick this morning. And my wife threw her sandwich away because it was not done properly. Wishing I would’ve spent $20 elsewhere.

I usually go into the store several days a week in the evenings. I went into the store today at about 5pm and they were very busy.The young man and woman were both extremely professional and got the orders out quickly. It was a pleasure leaving a tip. Keep up the great work!!!

Can you please explain how you have your employee working when the internal temp of the restaurant is 95 degrees? Someone has to take accountability for this and close down, it's unbelievable a manager would make someone work through this. The guy had a smile on his face and was polite the entire time so props to him!

Very disappointed first off they where out of bread and my chicken bacon ranch had no bacon at all on it! If I would have known I would of canceled my order flat bread isn't what I wanted. Worst service ever. Will not be back! They had my email and phone number could of let me know. Don't use the app ever! You will get burned

Overall it was a good experience. Fast service. DO NOT ask for any extra sauce etc. mayo, ranch. I asked for extra mayo, like I often do at Jimmy Johns, and the employee put so much freaking mayo on my sandwich I had to wipe some off with a napkin.

I think this is the best Subway I've been to, so do a lot of other people I guess, the line was long but they were slow in making sandwiches. The line was almost out the door. However if you want a well made sandwich with a lot of toppings, this is the one to go to. My grandson sandwich literally had about a quarter inch thick cheese on it after it was toasted. Very clean. Good customer service.

Waited about 20 minutes for employee to take my order. Only 1 person in line in front of me. He finishes with that customer and continues to ignore me. Never even acknowledged me so I left. It was very weird and awkward.
