Hope was very kind n greeted my Bro n I as we walked in, Hope n Savanna were very quiet but very Personable n show great customer service.
My Bro n I Chicken BBQ Subs were amazing.
As we left they wished us a great day just how Awesome Customer service should, these girls were top notch.

Went in with a coupon. They made all the food then didn't honor the 17.99 coupon. Instead proceeded to charge me 37.00 for the same food. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.

There's a big metal thing blocking my view of the sandwich meat and I cannot see anything and I did not know what kind of sandwich I was getting.
Took my money I got no food several door dashers tried to pickup I call and she refuses to make the order even though I paid already so I get to go hungry!!last order the didn't make the food got there and they said we can't make your order again had already paid for it this is

First time back at Subway in over a year. Nothing has changed. Good bread, but even paying for double meat gets you an anemic sandwich! Clerk at the front of the line stopped taking and starting sandwich orders in the middle of lunch rush to make bread, was just turning to leave when another employee asked what we would like. 5 employees standing around doing nothing to wait on one gal to put breads in the oven, when the cooked bread racks were over 1/2 full!. Very poor employee management when something like this happens in the middle of lunch rush with a long line of customers waiting. Will be well over a year again before I try going back.
