Stopped here on our road trip back to Utah tonight and we were helped by Jason (I think that was his name around 8:30pm) He was so friendly and helpful with our 4 kids- such a good experience when we've been driving for 10 hours and just need a quick break to eat. Highly recommend 👌

Placed a mobile order. Picked up the order and arrived at home to find out the instructions to make my two sandwiches were not followed. Took back to the store and the lady wants to argue with me she made it correctly. Whole hour wasted and no sandwiches. She would not remake them.

Great sandwich but the poor kid 'Hayes' behind the counter was all by himself at dinner rush trying to keep up with at least a dozen customers ? He did well , 6 stars for the kid hanging in there like a champ. I nominate him for employee of the month ? Let's get him some help Subway ? ... or at least pay him double for doing the work of a whole crew by himself .

Last 3 times now they have not made my to go order right ask for titan which has more meet and I get the regular amount. Why am I paying for the titan if I’m not getting the results of a titan

I dont usually choose Subway. I was picking up for people I was visiting. While I wasn't happy there were no gluten-free options, I did order salads. They were very good.

Was not friendly when we walked in. Then we ordered and they did not listen to what we wanted on our sandwich and had to repeat ourselves multiple times and forgot to add what the sandwich was supposed to come with. Then we were not given a receipt when asked for one. Will not be going back!
Worst subway in the heights wouldn't recommend going there the past 4 times I've gone in there my sub has been falling apart with sauce running down the sides and falling apart in my hand half the time the don't even cut my sub.
