Her intake process was simple and thoughtful, her quotes were very reasonable, and she brought such a positive, encouraging energy to the whole process. When we received our tasting box, it was beautifully put together — it was the first moment in our wedding planning that truly made everything feel real and exciting. Every flavor was delicious — I wish we could have picked them all!
The pickup process was seamless (thanks to our family and her clear communication), and the desserts were a huge hit. We came back for a wedding in Billings and I reached out to see if we could do a small wedding cake and she made the replica of our original! After searching everywhere for someone that could make a beautiful, vintage-piping style buttercream wedding cake, we were SO so happy to find Sweets by Sam! Not only did she execute a gorgeous, three-tier cake of our dreams, but also an entire set of custom designed cookies that fit our wedding theme. In addition to a beautiful look, the cake was incredibly moist and delicious and the cookies were phenomenal! At our tasting, we literally ate all four slices and flavors of cake (it is THAT good), and the guests raved about how amazing everything was on the day of the wedding. Despite being based out of the Billings area, Sam delivered the cake and cookies to our venue in Bozeman and did a wonderful job setting it up without hassle! Sam is such a kind soul as well as a true professional and master at her craft! We are SO happy we went with Sweets by Sam and recommend her to everyone in the Billings or Bozeman area looking for any desserts and a great vendor relationship! :)

She got back to me exactly when she said she would and asked detailed questions regarding the party and what I hoped for with the cookies. Sam made our cake dreams come true for our wedding. every step from setting up a quote to her delivery of the dessert items was smooth, flawless, and all of the people setting up our special day wouldn't stop raving about how much care and attention that Sam put in on setting up our cake and other items on our cake table. I was sure we would have extras, but the strawberry macarons and cake cups were such a hit they were gone in seconds. We chose carrot cake and I can say with complete confidence - Sam makes the best wedding cake ever. The best carrot cake I have ever had. Her baking is impeccable and the care and efforts she puts in her works are her very best for every client. Sam will always be my go to for celebration cakes or even just a nice little taste of macaron goodness. She has made such a reputable business for herself and I am excited to see what else she creates.
