Dashing, Long wait times. They will mark order as ready in app and still make you wait ten minutes to get it.

They were requiring customers to use their new touchpads. To me thats corporate greed at the expense to the customers but fine. Half of them were broken. Many customers were confused mostly because they wasn't working and they thought they were doing something wrong. The touch part wasn't matching to the buttons.. nobody would come help from the back. That set the tone. Explain why you want customers to put in there own orders but you need somebody to give you your cup anyway? Then the bathrooms were locked. So after you have to touch a screen hundreds probably touch hed before coughing on it yoi can't even wash your hands before you eat finger foods. You can't have it both ways. Are we doing our own up front or you going to pay someday for customer service. I should say the food was hot and made very well and made fast. Since nobody knew what was goimg on im there lobby including security picking up money they had plenty of focus an assembling

I just spent almost 7 dollars on a burrito supreme. 4 inches of way to much enchilada sauce and no cheese, barely any beef or beans, I spotted one onion. TB was my last goto, to get my money's worth !!! Geez everything is crap and over priced

This place should not be open past 10 if there staff can’t carry the load, the staff tonight was very over it and rude, not only that, but I was really annoyed when I got home and realized my order wasn’t even right. Very disappointed

While the staff are friendly, since re-opening they keep getting my order wrong and order a steak item and get ground beef, that's a 2 dollar difference per mistake.

To the girl working the am shift at the window had such a rude attitude towards me I have bad eye sight so it hard to see sometimes and she was huffing and puffing she even used a napkin to grab my card from me very unprofessional I wanna say her name was Erika didn’t even get my order right.

To paint the scene.... single mom with kids in the car in their car seats so I chose to go through the drive thru and asked questions about the app and how to use the rewards..... Big mistake don't ask questions in the drive thru. They not only completely forgot our sauce and made me feel horrible by asking they didn't give us our rewards, food was actually a little warmer than room temp. And they gave such attitude. I know they just reopened but that's ridiculous do better guys.

I ordered my food and waited my entire 30-minute break, only to find out on my own that they were out of a key ingredient—chips. No one bothered to inform me, wasting my time entirely. When I asked for a refund, I was forced to park, go inside, and deal with an even bigger mess.
The employees? Beyond unprofessional. The level of vulgarity and lack of basic customer service was shocking. It was clear they had no concern for how they acted in front of customers. This isn’t just a bad day—this is a management failure. Hiring staff who behave this way in a professional setting is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the ownership of this location.
I handled myself professionally in person, but I refuse to let this go unnoticed. The lack of communication, the complete disregard for customers, and the overall filth of the establishment make it clear—I’ll be deleting my Taco Bell account and never returning. If you value your time and expect basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.

I don't expect taco bell food to be good. But this last experience was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get our order. And it was all cold. Taco has gone down hill so badly. It's going to be the next Burger King. Sub-par food. Expensive and cold. Another chain to avoid. Even bean burritos were ice cold.
