I ordered my food and waited my entire 30-minute break, only to find out on my own that they were out of a key ingredient—chips. No one bothered to inform me, wasting my time entirely. When I asked for a refund, I was forced to park, go inside, and deal with an even bigger mess.
The employees? Beyond unprofessional. The level of vulgarity and lack of basic customer service was shocking. It was clear they had no concern for how they acted in front of customers. This isn’t just a bad day—this is a management failure. Hiring staff who behave this way in a professional setting is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the ownership of this location.
I handled myself professionally in person, but I refuse to let this go unnoticed. The lack of communication, the complete disregard for customers, and the overall filth of the establishment make it clear—I’ll be deleting my Taco Bell account and never returning. If you value your time and expect basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.

I don't expect taco bell food to be good. But this last experience was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get our order. And it was all cold. Taco has gone down hill so badly. It's going to be the next Burger King. Sub-par food. Expensive and cold. Another chain to avoid. Even bean burritos were ice cold.

Terrible service tonight. Absolutely terrible. Food and everything is great, but they were hyper focused on getting my money and getting me out of the window that wound up spending money on my card when I wanted to pay with cash. I was trying to use my employee discount t and couldn't even get that doen with the guy pushing to take my payment. Pissed off so much right now. I work for Taco Bell and I earned the right to use my discount and all because a kid is hyper focused on taking my payment I got screwed. Really missed off because I could go get it fixed, but I have a lot of things I need to do that are way more important than 2 or 3 dollars, but the point isn't the money, it is the customer service. I am so disappointed in Tavo Bell as this is one of my particularly favorite ones to go to and now I don't really want to go back. Truly maddening and irritating.

This taco bell blocks the bathrooms from delivery drivers at night. Are you driving kidding me? We deliver your shitty food after waiting 20 -40 minutes for you to get our orders ready. And we can't even use your restrooms. Unreal!!!!
