Went inside to order to go. Only ordered tacos and burritos. Live less than 10 minutes from store. By the time we got home tacos were flat soggy and completely stuck to the wrap. Ate them as a pile on a plate with a fork. Also I ordered 4 burritos got 1. This is a horrible place to do take out. Go to a burger joint if you want something that will at least make it home and you might get your whole order.

You can sit at the speaker box for the drive thru for 20 minutes and not get any service at all. This place is very slow

Don’t go here for lunch if you’re on a schedule because they spent probably a good chunk of money and time adding a whole other ordering lane and it’s been closed since they finished it. Even when the line is 10 cars long and moves every five minutes. Frankly I don’t blame the employees, it’s probably all on Taco Bell’s management.

The guy taking the order at the window was very hard to hear and also could not hear me. I repeated myself several times even at the window and added sometuing to the order even. I got my food and realized it was bacon and not steak so I spun back into the drive through and told them. They fixed it. I opened the crunch wrap to double check again and it was thrown together in slop. Whoever made it must have been impatient or upset. So I brought it into the actual store this second time and approved the counter with my crunchwrap. The guy from the window looked confused ( I believe he was supposed to be in charge he had managers hat on).I told him that I have seen these made time and time again and I was disappointed in how he handled my situation wity even being s manager and all as well!!! His response was that " he had new people working." 🤷🏻‍♂️Well that's why you supervise. That's why your title is "supervisor". I usually let things slide but this was a little ridiculous. I think they and I are both glad that I won't be back to participate in Shiloh Taco Bells Hunger Games 🎯 cuz I almost got hangry!!

Worst service ever. Took 1/2 hour to get our order. (2 meals). There were 2 other couples in the store. Order was to go. We live less than 5 miles from the store and food was not only cold. Chalupas were soggy. Manger was rude and only said we could come back and they would remake the order and that they are short handed. WHY would I go Back. And why is her staffing issue my problem. Obviously our food sat there made and getting cold an soggy because the drive though line was moving right along.

This was a nice modern Taco Bell, the inside was clean n nice inside.
I love the kiosk, makes ordering speed cause you can take your time looking. HA!! I loved at kiosk that you can use CC or pay with cash feature is awesome!

The service was decent not great but not bad either.

My Supreme Crunchy Tacos were sooooo good, loaded to brim with fixings. Yum!

I’d probably come back to this location.

Usually a fair and easy location to drive in and out with a handful of food but....this trip was different and unfortunately I shared it with two other vehicles sitting in drive thru trapped between the curbed sides waiting for service. Twelve minutes we waited for service, then a young guy came out of the building to walk around for 5 more minutes to vape.....we are waiting on a kids bad habits to get service..! Really!!!
Sure enough he returned and 5 minutes later the line was getting answered...it was this kid taking orders and money by time we all got serviced....felt terrible and just wanted to leave but being trapped in the drive thru doesn't lend itself to escape. What a terrible time this was for everyone, but on the bright side, the tacos I did order were three of the best,freshest, and most well-made, so kiddos to the worker bee making food!

Food delivery workers need not come here, come in and see three workers just standing around. Two go on a bathroom break, I wait twenty minutes for food. It should have been ready already !

Good food. But I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. They have 2 lanes and the other is never open. Also at night apparently they must have the slowest staff. They say. 1 minute. Then leave you waiting to order for so long. Like I just wanted a drink and they can't even do that. Recommend not going past 9pm to this taco bell. They also aren't respectful

Very friendly. Not good at attention to detail. Didn't follow my customizations and didn't give me a fork for my fries. Fries ries were not cooked very thoroughly.
