Food is good for Taco Bell standards, but this might be the slowest Taco Bell on the planet…. You will wait forever every time, whether you go in or drive through. Also this Taco Bell doesn’t have the normal online exclusive boxes that other ones have and that are nationally advertised.

Tried to come to this location for breakfast after a long night at the hospital with a friend. Google says they open at six, door says they open at six. We waited until six thirty, until one of the workers came outside and started clearing snow off their vehicle. I have never been so furious/disappointed in a restaurant in my entire life. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. Heres a tip: if everything says you are open at six, OPEN AT SIX! Only leaving a single star because no stars is not an option!

I have never in my life seen a drive through move so slow! When I say 10mins for each care I'm not over exaggerating. Slowest fast food place you'll ever go to. Don't waste your time!

Messed up my order! This has happened twice now! I orderd a couple of soft Shell tacos and some hard shell tacos and 2 chalupas. But instead i get something different

Only 2 homeless people in lobby,took 10 min for 2 only tacos and they forgot one ,let them know ,still ignored.Walked out without any food after paying.Lobby is always takes way long.Will be the last time I try this location.

Went in for a quick bite. Sat at counter for 10 minuts. Ended up using order your own on a screen. Then when I got my food they forgot drinks. Went back up to ask. Took on step behind counter to get sombodys attention and the guy that runs counter finally got done taking a shit apparently and told me to don't go behind counter.

I came in and was at the front counter for 8 whole minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there. I definitely made myself seen and made eye contact with one employee multiple times but they just ignored me. It was horrible customer service. The food was good though. I don't recommend going to talk about if you're in any kind of hurry
