Picked up 2 tacos double stack tacos after work and they litteraly taste like some one sprayed bleach cleaner on them, they smell like cleaning products, what the hell is wrong with yall? You trying to kill people?? I'll never be returning to this location ever again, bunch of clowns working here.

One of the worst experiences at Taco Bell. Everytime I go through the drive thru at this location my order is incorrect and there are long wait times. Today they forgot half my hubby's box plus 2 other items. Drive back in bad weather. Sidewalks had not been cleared and employees cars were taking up all the front parking. Once inside had to wait for employees to finish telling story to be greeted. They messed up again by only giving me 2 of my 4 items.

Food cost is about 1/3 of the price of what you sell in the restaurant business, lower prices means smaller food portions, higher prices means larger food prices, taco bell has doubled prices and made smaller food, but this one was decent portions compared to other taco Bell's.

The floor in the lobby is dirty, so hopefully that's not a reflection of how clean their food is! The service isn't horrible, but not great either, but it's what has become to be expected of TB. This is the best TB in Billings tho, of the ones I've been to. The one on Main St is trash.

Had a pretty bad experience at this location on 9/7/24. We ordered to dine in and had to wait 20 minutes for our order to come out. Our order was missing three items so then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the items to be corrected. Then it took another 10 minutes for 2 orders of cinnamon twists to come out (don't they just grab those from under the warmers?) as we were trying to leave and to add insult injury, the bags were barely full. We usually have okay luck with this location but they weren't in the game that night.

pulled into the drive thru and waited while it stayed in place for 15 minutes with no cars at the window and the person at the speaker being ignored. i decided to go inside and order, where the employee told me i had to download the app as they wouldn’t take orders in the lobby. i downloaded the app and placed my order, it charged my card and then told me the order couldn’t place. i spent 5 minutes trying to get an employees attention and eventually was able to ask if they saw the order come through. they did not lol and the employee told me i could just get back in the drive thru line and order there, to which i replied “girl i already waited 15 minutes, are there any other restaurants around here open?” she goes “just out other locations” ? so i get back in line and wait a long ass time again, just to be served the worst tacos i’ve ever gotten from a taco bell lmao like i’ve been traveling all day, i just wanted to cuddle up in bed and eat my tacos within 20 minutes ?
