Edit: They are always out of something. Baja Blast, cheese, sauce packets, now ice?! Feels like they're ordering as little supply as possible. Never had other locations run out of stuff as often as this one does. If you order 1 mild sauce, you might get a handful of diablo.
Otherwise, good service, and they pay attention to modifications on mobile orders which can't be said for all Billings locations.

I just went to Taco Bell on Rehberg and the lady that took my order was so rude; she didn’t give any straws, she also asked me to explain what I wanted then I acted like everything that I just explained was dumb, we also said thank you to everything she handed out and not once did she look happy to be there and didn’t say anything back like your welcome!

You can 100% count on this location to mess your order up somehow. Even if it’s one item. Out of the last 3 times I’ve gone here it is missing something Every. Single. Time. I legit think they do it on purpose. Check your order and have them make it right or choose a different location. Get a cool ranch taco? It will be a regular hardshell. Get a Flamin Hot grilled chz burrito? It will be missing the flaming hot. Get a spicy potato soft taco, it won’t have sauce. Like it’s consistently every time. Baffles me honestly.
